Open floorplan so you can enjoy the saltwater lake view from any room. Located on the most expansive canal systems in the Cape. Gulf is less than a mile as the crow flies. Newer home with all the amenities needed to have a great vacation. Relax on the lanai or in the heated, saltwater pool with sun shelf and "swim up" table. TVs located in every room and on the lanai. Have dinner at one of the many restaurants or cook your own in an equipped kitchen ready for any chef. Master bedroom offers king adjustable bed with private luxury bath. Hi I am a retired auto dealer. My wife still works from home. We have a home in Illinois also. We live there and Florida too. Family keeps us in Illinois.
Why they chose this property
I love this home. It is quiet and has a great view. We sit on the lanai in the mornings with our coffee watching the fish jumping out of the water. I love watching the TV while being in the pool. Yet everything is close to get to. The best beaches in the world are close by. Take a day trip to Disney or to Bush gardens. Matlacha Isle is only a short drive ( 15 min) with shopping and great food. Your kind of in the country but yet your not. Everything you need is less than 10 minutes away. there are bicycles - Kayaks - fishing poles - beach chairs- Floats- some kids toys. Airports are near. Punta Gorda airport just 25 minutes.
What makes this property unique
Best fishing ever. Restaurants- Golf - Rent a boat or bring your own to tie up to the dock. Shopping-
