The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Ax-les-Thermes offers this 340 m² mansion with mountain views for rent, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 15,000 m² garden. The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 35 m² living room with sitting/dining area and wood-burning stove
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Relaxation area with TV and board games
- Laundry room
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (180×200), one single bed, including access to 3 m² balcony
- Bedroom 2: one king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- Bedroom 5: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 6: two single beds
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 15,000 m² south-facing garden with mountain views, the park is gently sloping and has a path around it. It is entirely fenced in. A sloping walkway leads from the park to the river at the bottom of the valley. The park is shared with the owners, who live in a separate house.
- A 50 m² terrace with furniture and deckchairs.
- A second 30 m² wooden terrace is located below the main terrace.

Domaine des Arnets extends over several hectares of land, down to the river and offering direct access to hiking trails. It is home to three houses, far enough apart to guarantee privacy for all. This magnificent estate is ideal for disconnecting from everyday life. Ax-les-Thermes town center with its shops and market (Tuesday mornings) is a 5-minute drive away.

Activities :
With a car, take full advantage of the many activities in the Ax-les-Thermes valley: ski resorts, hiking trails, thermal baths, and much more. The Col de la Chioula cross-country ski resort is a 10-minute drive away, the Ascou ski resort 15 minutes, and the Ax-les-Thermes ski resort 20 minutes, or just 5 minutes by car + cable car from the town center.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (5 vehicles).
