A cozy apartment, in the heart of a wooded garden, in the center of Pornic. Old port, market, shops, train station, and coastal path—all within a 10-minute walk.

Le Clos de Jade has been open to guests since September 1, 2023. After a year of testing with an intermediary, we will resume management of our apartment starting November 1, 2024. You will find our in the photos and on our website.

Rated 3*, our apartment is completely independent and offers the lifestyle of our family home: a tree-lined garden, terrace, pool, and parking for cars and bikes.

Unpack your bags and enjoy a cozy, functional interior with high-quality bedding. Sheets and towels are provided, and your beds are made upon arrival.

Cross the tree-lined garden enclosed by stone walls to access your fully independent apartment. With an area of 34m², it can accommodate 2 to 4 people.

Outside:
You’ll have access to a private terrace and garden of approximately 350 m². These are equipped with garden furniture, a Weber barbecue, a “beach return” area for rinsing and drying your belongings, and loungers to relax in the shade of olive trees.

Inside:
The entrance leads into a bright living room (facing East/South) that opens onto the terrace. It features a sitting area with an armchair and a convertible sofa (140x190), a kitchen/dining area for 4 people, with a 2-burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combined microwave oven, and a closet/wardrobe.
Free Wi-Fi is available.

In the sleeping area, the bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x190), a large wardrobe, and a small desk.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a sink with storage. The toilet is separate.

Sheets and towels are provided, but not beach towels.
Special care has been taken in selecting French-made, hotel-quality bedding, furniture, and household linen.

The apartment does not have a washing machine, but for stays of one week, towels will be replaced, and we can do a load of laundry for you if you wish.

Children are welcome:
Upon request, we provide a travel cot, high chair, bottle warmer, potty, toilet seat reducer, and bath lounger.
We can lend you outdoor games on request: ping-pong, molki, pétanque, badminton, and Breton shuffleboard. We can also provide you with babysitter contacts.

The pool (unheated):
It is shared with the occupants of our house and is accessible to guests between 9 AM and 12 PM and between 3 PM and 7 PM. Children are under the supervision and responsibility of their parents. We usually open it from May to September, but these dates are weather-dependent.

Pets are not allowed. We have two cats that you’ll likely encounter in the garden.

The accommodation is non-smoking, but an ashtray is available for smoking outside.

Whenever possible, we like to personally welcome guests and answer any questions they may have about the apartment, restaurants, and visits to Pornic and the surrounding area.

We also have a key box for self-check-in and check-out.
Afterward, we remain available on request, but since the apartment is completely independent, guests can enjoy the garden and pool in peace.

The apartment is located in the upper town, the area that is lively all year round. It’s the perfect starting point to enjoy Pornic without any hassle, whether on foot or by bike.

- By train: the station is 800 meters away, about a 10-minute walk.
- By bike: close to the Vélocéan, Vélodyssée, and Loire à Vélo cycling routes.
- By plane: the airport is 46 km away, about 45 minutes by car.
You can safely park your vehicle and bikes within the enclosed garden of our property.
