Welcome to this lovely 115 square metre house, offered by ROSE Vacances, a comfortable and bright accommodation located in Les Sables-d'Olonne, Le Hameau des Pins district, close to the beach and local shops in Les Présidents.

With its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people.

You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi connection, television, large dining table, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and many other amenities.

At night, you will find a ground floor bedroom and three bedrooms upstairs, all equipped with comfortable beds and wardrobes, two of which have an en-suite bathroom. You will also have a cot if needed.

The house has a lovely, sunny and private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing moments with family or friends.

The house has a private parking space in front of the house and a space in the residential area's outdoor parking lot, you can also enjoy the shared facilities such as the outdoor pool.
An electric vehicle charging station is available (15 euros charged per charge).
