Aneroid Chalet

Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!'

The Aneroid Chalet is an adorable two-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin located on the resort side of Wallowa Lake. The knotty pine interior creates such a cozy and charming atmosphere, you may never care to partake in the activities on the lake!

As you enter this cabin, you'll step into the kitchen with the charming living area to your left. The open floor plan keeps everyone together with ease. The living room features a comfortable sofabed, a gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV, making it a pretty great place to stretch out and watch a movie.

The queen bedroom is a step down. The kids' room has bunkbeds, a small kids' table, and games and toys.

The outdoor area offers lots of parking and a nice seating space. The cabin is a bit off the beaten path, so you won't end up with a bunch of traffic by the house, but it's also only a short distance from the activities on the resort side of Wallowa Lake.

Great Rustic Cabin

This cozy rustic cabin is exactly what we were looking for. Not fancy but clean and cozy. Heat worked great. Close enough to everything without being to close. Amazing and beautiful hikes and the lake was pristine! We would love to return!

Nice get away

The cabin was cute and cozy. Wifi was excellent. Location was a little confusing to find the first time. Bed was pretty good, our kid liked the bunk beds. Water pressure in the shower was strong!

Perfect stay!

I was worried about the heat expected during our stay, but the cabin started very comfortable, well-shaded and the fan was plenty for us to stay comfortable. I loved the hammock, very comfortable and welcoming. I’m glad we were close to everything but off the beaten path enough that it was very quiet, private. The perfect amount of rustic, everything I want from a Wallowa Lake stay!

Cute and Quiet

The July 4th holiday is as busy as it gets at Wallowa Lake, but sublime quiet surrounds these environs. The recipe begins with whispering trees and a hammock. Still an eight minute walk from go-carts, mini-golf but a world away from the noise. A toy box welcomed our kids like they were expecting us. A modest classic that provides a value.

Cabin 3

It was quaint and really cozy. The weather turned cold, so we didn’t get to enjoy the porch and barbecue, which was our plan. Our new plan is to go back in warmer weather and try enjoying the outside amenities as much ad we enjoyed the inside ones.

Wallowa Lake

Nice Lake and the Tramway to the top of the mountain was a fun ride. Beautiful view from the top. The town of Joseph was also very nice.

Cozy Space for a Weekend

This cabin is in a community of small properties south of the lake. It is an easy walk to the lake. It had everything we needed for a pleasant weekend. The bedrooms are small, but it is a very good value. The coded entry system is a bit wonky.

Clean. Cute. We could hear the River. Not on the main drag. Everything was nice. Will stay again.

Cozy comfy cabin

Having 50+ years of history with the Lake area this was a wonderful retro retreat for our week in the area. Not fancy but it was what we wanted. Love the fireplace heater and the ability to open the windows for fresh wonderful mountain breezes.
