Downtown Tulum is just 5 minutes away, where you can find many restaurants, such as Burrito Amor, Las Hijas de la Tostada, Humo, La Hoja Verde, Estancia Jujeña, etc., in addition to many trendy bars like Batey Mojito Bar and Pasito TunTun.
The beach is only 10 minutes away and you can get there by bike, taxi or on your own (rental) car. Enjoy one of the famous beach clubs such as Papaya Playa Project, Coco Tulum, Ana y Josê, Casa Malca, Akiin, etc. (Check if there is a full moon party at Papaya Playa Project while you are in Tulum, it's worth it!).
Guest have access to the entire apartment. The apartment has its own washing machine but guest can also use the laundry room in the building. The apartment has private plunge pool which is naturally heated by the sun. The condominium has outdoor parking which is subject to availability upon arrival. Building has 24hr security which makes it safer for guest.
