Ideal for either a multi-family vacation or a romantic retreat, you’ll find plenty of room to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with ample privacy with attached full bathrooms in all 4 bedrooms (and even a private balcony for our bedroom upstairs). Spend time with your loved ones by choosing to relax in our private 5-person hot tub, lounge in the comfortable deck seating or heat up some friendly competition playing the NBA Jam arcade game. While we want you to disconnect and enjoy the calming wooded views and wildlife sounds… don’t worry, there is a TV in each room with a Roku stick, as well as high-speed internet.

The Lazy Moose is conveniently located just minutes from everything you’ll need during your stay: grocery stores (Kroger, Publix), local attractions (Tennessee Legend Distillery, Sevierville Golf Club, Smoky Mountain Helicopters and Soaky Mountain Waterpark), and many restaurants.

PLEASE NOTE:
• We have EXTERNAL non-recorded security video monitoring in place for safety purposes of our guests and the property. There is a single camera that monitors the front door entrance. There are NO cameras inside the property.
• This property has a keyless door lock. You will receive a code 48 hours prior to your stay. A unique code is given to each stay.
• The rundown of the rental agreement: Check in 4pm, Check out 10am. Reserving guest must be 25+ years old. All guests must be listed in reservation. No glass in the hot tub. All furniture must be returned to original location prior to departure. No pets. Please, no parties!
• You must place your garbage in the bear-proof containers in the driveway. Let’s keep the hungry critters at bay!
