We had a fantastic stay at the condo. The property is as described, if not better. We had quick access to the beach and pool, it was quiet enough in the evenings for our kids to fall asleep, and all cooking items were provided. Communication was great as well. We look forward to booking again.

Beautiful condo for our quiet getaway

My daughter and I needed some quiet time after a significant loss in our family this year. Stewart’s property at Bethany Beach was just the place for that to happen. Immaculate, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and well equipped - this place had everything we needed. Helpful directions for tv and WiFi use along with locations for amenities at Sea Colony and the local area were conveniently found in a binder in the living area. The ocean view provided for daily sunrise viewing and the soothing sound of ocean waves. Stewart made all aspects of reserving and accessing the property easy through regular communication. We are already planning another visit.

Lovely condo with great views

We really enjoyed our stay here at Sea Colony. The views were amazing - we watched the sun rise a few times and also saw dolphins. Condo cleanliness and amenities were top notch. Location can’t be beat. We would definitely stay here again.

First, communicating with Stewart was a breeze. He was quick to respond and thoughtful with the information he shared. Personal Touch!

We can’t say enough good things about Stewart! He saved our vacation when our original plans fell through and not only accommodated a last minute reservation but went above and beyond to help us and show us around the unit and sea colony when we arrived. The unit was clean, gorgeous view and a great location. We will be back!

Life is a beach

Fantastic sparkling clean property. My wife and I stayed with our 2 young daughters and loved the space and layout. Beautiful ocean view and walking distance to 5 restaurants, plus Stewart provided beach equipment! Book this if you want a quintessential beach vacation!

October break

We had a wonderful mini fall vacation in Bethany Beach at this condo. The view of the water from the condo is what initially attracted me to this property and it didn’t disappoint. Get up to watch the sunrise over the water at least once! The location is great - on the beach with a lifeguard, brief walk to lots of restaurants, shops, pharmacy. Short drive to grocery. The condo itself was spacious and well appointed. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans and appliances. Stewart was helpful and responded to us quickly. I would recommend this property for a great Bethany Beach vacation.

Great apartment, great views, very comfortable, very clean

The unit was just as advertised and had everything we needed, including extra blankets and a well-stocked kitchen. It warmed up nicely which was a great plus as at was cold and windy when we were there. Comfortable beds and furniture. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely return.

Beautiful Ocean View Apartment

Our week long stay at a lovely beach front 2 bedroom property in Bethany Beach was wonderful! Because the weather was not great we actually spent more time in the condo and got to enjoy it's many comforts. It is beautifully furnished, has a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable mattresses! The owner, was very efficient in his dialog with me even sending a list of Sea Colony activities for our week. I highly recommend renting this 2 bedroom apartment to other small groups.

Awesome mother daughter week

Everything about this trip was great! The condo is clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked well, and we appreciated the boogie boards. Stuart was great with communication. We took advantage of several Sea Colony amenities this time. Beach yoga, pickleball lesson, bonfire night, several pools, monorail, and of course the beach. Balcony and living room furniture were clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Fantastic Condo-Great View!

* Surprisingly roomie, very clean, nicely furnished, well-equipped kitchen, laundry and 2 bathrooms, comfortables beds, designated parking, nice balcony with small table & chairs for morning coffee or late night star-gazing with a glass of wine. *Lots of amenities and activities on Sea Colony-Kids loved the heated pools, movie on the beach & snack bar! Fireworks on the 4th were fantastic from our spot on the beach, but we could have watched from our balcony. Less than a mile to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. (Bike racks by parking and bike lanes in town if you bring your bikes.) * Stewart went above and beyond as a host! We booked late and despite his being on an ocean cruise, he was able to complete our booking and arrange everything. Communication was great and he was responsive when we had questions or needs. We would happily book 507 Chesapeake House again!

Anniversary surprise weekend

We booked this Bethany Beach condo for our parents 50th wedding anniversary and it was a huge success! Our parents couldn’t stop telling us how beautiful the condo was and about the great location. Ocean views are exactly what they wanted and they got them! This was our first experience with Vrbo and it was great. Thank you!!
