Property was as described. Clean, neat, and easy to find. Not on Main Street and not in noisy neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and host was very easy to work with.
The home was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the backyard as well in the evenings would definitely stay again.

Nice pet friendly property with large yard in quiet neighborhood. Check in was a breeze and booklet about the property had all the additional info we needed.
We really enjoyed our stay here and would gladly do so again. The only hiccup we had was that there was sub-freezing weather that took out the water from our last night there. The host was very accommodating and apologized for the inconvenience. Other than this snafu, which again, things just happen sometimes, we had a great stay and if we're in the area again will happily look to stay here again.
We were in town from Seabrook to look at property. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We bought the property, so we’ll definitely be back until we have accommodations built. Thank you for having us!
House was great for four adults flying in for a family wedding. Quiet street, comfortable beds, plenty of space for all of us and all of our stuff. Tons of fluffy towels, plenty of hot water. Can’t beat the nightly rate. Owners left us a nice note and gift card for snacks (thank you!) and were very responsive to questions. Dishwasher was broken, but doing them by hand was no big deal - we didn’t make much of a mess since we were out doing wedding activities all weekend. Great place to stay for a good night’s sleep under the starry skies in the heart of Texas.
Older home in quiet neighbor. Clean and comfortable. I didn't bring coffee this time because it had been supplied before and it wasn't any for us this time. Possible over looked by cleaning person. Suggestion to secure a cookie sheet or metal baking pan. Unable to make biscuits for breakfast.
Came into town for a large, multi-day family reunion. Found this home near the venue for my family to stay as all the others were booking up the hotel rooms. It fit our needs and we were happy to be able to bring our small dog along who enjoyed the fenced in yard. Would book again.
We were staying in Brady for one night. Quick trip from Houston to see potential deer lease. We had five adults in our part and house worked perfectly. It was clean and met our expectations.
Two very comfortable nights at this spacious older home that shows lots of love being put into new things! Comfortable beds and, sheets. Homey feeling and so close to town. We were there to check out the Richland Springs Trade Days and to enjoy San Saba where we traveled to so easily. Joe’s Italian on the square with handmade pastas was excellent! Owned and staffed by a Delightful family, BYOB.
We are very happy our hosts were so welcoming!
Nice to have 2 half baths with adjoining shower/tub. Very clean and beds very comfortable. Interesting neighborhood. The picture of the home makes it look more separated from other homes but it is actually close to other homes. If we travel that way again we will definitely stay there. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Overall, we were pleased with this rental. The interior was very clean and well kept; beds were comfortable. We would rent this property again. The owner was very quick to respond.
