With five spacious bedrooms that feature beautiful log bed frames and private ensuite bathrooms, this 5-story cabin is perfect for large groups seeking an ideal mountain escape. Each bedroom contains a king-sized bed and a Smart TV so you can enjoy watching your favorite shows and movies from the comfort of your room. 3 of the bedrooms also have a sleeper couch.
Each cozy room has an ensuite bathroom to provide ultimate privacy! You’ll also find an additional half bathroom near the pool for your convenience. Each bathroom features a shower, a modern vanity, and a starter bottle of shampoo and body wash, so you don’t have to worry if you forgot yours.
The cabin comfortably sleeps 16 guests but can accommodate up to 20. Please remember to bring air mattresses and extra bedding if your group is larger than 16.

The cabin is nearby several top attractions including Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the Island, the Titanic Museum, Ober Gatlinburg, Anakeesta Gatlinburg and everything else that Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer.

IMPORTANT RULES:
This property has enough beds to sleep 16 people. Up to 20 guests are allowed. Guest must bring air mattresses and linens if there are more than 16 guests on the reservation. If you bring more people than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave.
There is parking for 4 vehicles in front of the cabin. At the beginning of the neighborhood there is a large overflow lot as well.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Children are allowed when accompanied by their parents/guardians.
The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant.
A starter set of soap, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided. Extra items that are needed are Guest's responsibility.
Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right in a reasonable manner.
Guest shall deposit a security deposit per the terms of VRBO for any damages to the property. The security deposit shall be returned to Guest after departure, less any deductions for damages. In addition, if the damages exceed coverage, Guest hereby assumes all liability for reimbursement to Owner for any damages caused by Guest and their party. Note: You will be personally responsible for direct damages and also for any loss of rental income and for any other extenuating damages that result from your stay.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. You will lose your security deposit and you will pay additional charges for cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking is found in the cabin or on the balconies/premises.
NO PETS ALLOWED due to a severe allergy of the owner. Cancellation of reservation without refund and eviction will be enforced. No exceptions.
NO FIRES. Unauthorized fires, including candles will be charged $100 plus damages.
No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other things that are beyond our control.
Guests understand and agree that the Owner and/or Owner’s Agent of this unit are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. Guests indemnify and hold the Owner and Owner’s Agent harmless from any liability. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. If all guests on this reservation do not sign the waiver of liability, then the primary renter accepts liability for all guests and hereby waives any Owner or Owner Agent liability on their behalf.
You acknowledge and agree that use of Wi-Fi/Internet services at the property (“Services”) is for personal use and agree not to use the Services in a manner prohibited by federal or state law or regulation. Transmission or download of any material in violation of federal or state law or regulation, is prohibited. We assume no responsibility for and exercise no control over the content contained on the Internet or is otherwise available through the Services. All content accessed or received by you or your guests is used at your own risk. In the event that we receive a copyright infringement notice from a copyright holder and/or an Internet Service Provider ("ISP"), which includes a date and time of the alleged infringement that occurred during your stay, we may reveal your identity (name, address, telephone number) to the copyright holder and/or ISP and you will be responsible for any associated fines.
Guests must notify the owner of any maintenance problems immediately that would affect the safety and security of any person staying in this cabin. Clean any spills immediately and do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil/tanner on. Do not flush sanitary products down the toilets.
POOL & HOT TUB WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Guest acknowledges that there are risks to children, intoxicated persons, pregnant persons, persons with health risks, and any other person in utilizing the pool or hot tub. Guest agrees that use of pool or hot tub is at Guest’s own risk and that special risks may be involved in the use. Guest accepts full responsibility for any damages or bodily injury arising from use of the pool or hot tub and that Owner and Owner’s Agent will not be liable for any damages or injuries. Guest accepts full responsibility for any damages or bodily injury arising from use of the pool or hot tub and that Guest hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the Owner and the Owner’s Agent for any damages or injuries suffered by Guest. Stated differently, Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Owner and Owner’s Agent for claims arising from use of pool or hot tub.
EXCHANGE OF MONEY AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.
