Boutique Cottage with Amazing View
Come play or relax at the cozy and comfortable Belle Vue Cottage! This space offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms making it perfect for a small OR large family/friends group. (Sleeps up to 8). The cottage comes with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, large dining room, a family room with a gas fireplace, a Roku TV , Wi-Fi and free parking. (Parking at Belle Vue Cottage allows for up to 3 cars and/or could accommodate a moderate size boat).
The greatest part is that the cottage is close to the POOL, HOT TUBS, mini-golf, tennis, pickle ball, beach volleyball, kids park, hiking, restaurant and the resort store where you can get yourself ice cream, bevies, sunscreen, take out, snacks or other items for your vacation. BEACH activities include a Wibit & water trampolines and kayaking on the lake! Golf, fishing, jet skies, boating, pontoon rides, ATV, hiking trails, wine tours, waterfalls and winter skiing are plenty and available to guests. (Please inquire for more details).
If you tire from exploring all of the above, cozy up on the private backyard deck with a good book, cup of coffee/tea or a beverage of your choice.
The deck has a gas BBQ and an incredible view of the Lake Okanagan as well as a view of a vineyard; not to mention the unobstructed sunrises and sunsets which are AMAZING!
Getting around the neighbourhood can be either by foot or renting a golf cart if desired. Belle Vue Cottage is in a gated resort. If other nearby tourist attractions are desired, a car will be required but parking is abundant!
I will be available by phone/text during your stay should any concerns arise.
Please note that Belle Vue Cottage is located at La Casa Resort off Westside Road. It is located 30 minutes from Vernon, BC and/or 30 minutes from Kelowna, BC.
Private transportation required to get to destination. Golf cart transportation is common within the resort and can be pre-booked if desired. Links provided upon request.

Why they chose this property
Belle Vue Cottage, located in the mountains of the Okanagan Valley is situated on the waterfront. The cottage is in the gated community of La Casa Resort and has an absolutely breath taking view of Lake Okanagan from the deck. To add, it also offers an amazing space to play or relax and affords all guests the luxury of taking advantage of many amenities such as: the Marina which has 100 slips, 4 Sea Doo slips & a boat launch. It also has 2100 feet of private lakefront access, 2 Aqua Parks/1 Wibit, a swim platform, 3 waterfront sundecks-2 swimming pools and 3 hot tubs. Paddle boards/kayaks and golf cart rentals are available seasonally. Other amenities include: a mini golf course and small driving cage, a children’s playground, BBQ picnic area , 2 Tennis courts & one Pickleball court, beach style volleyball. Movie nights are available at the beach on specified dates. Fire pits (year-round based on fire departments recommendation), miles of Crown land to explore for ATV's, snowmobiling (in the winter), mountain biking and hiking are available while at the Resort. In addition, there are 7 walking trails throughout the resort. A the small convenience store with a restaurant/pub/coffee bar/ice creamery located 1 minute from the cottage. If more adventure is desired, just a 7 min short drive to Fintry Regional Park features hiking trails, waterfalls, a boat launch, sandy beach, and a historical site of interest. For the golfer's out there, it's time to book your tee time at some of the world's best golf courses. Others may prefer to explore: the Kangaroo Creek Farm, Rosehill Orchard, visiting a Bee farm or cheese factory, Myra Canyon biking or walking trails, Historic O’Keefe Ranch and Kelowna’s Farmer’s & Crafters Market. Traveler's looking to shop may want to visit Village Green Shopping Center in Vernon and Capri Mall in Kelowna. And for the wine lovers...look no further there are wine tours galore that pick up and drop off at the cottage!
