Following this entrance are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x190), a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, the first with a double bed (160x200), the second and third with a single bed (90x190), a bathroom with a toilet, and a games or relaxation room with a sofa and armchairs.
In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. You can park your car in the courtyard and in the neighboring streets; parking is free.

Thanks to its ideal location near the city center, it occupies a strategic position during your visits and allows you to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of this neighborhood during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market.
