The slate stone building dates from 1810. The renovation of the cottage was done in 2024. You will have at your disposal a small private exterior with terrace and lawn area.
Inside, the living room with dining area, sofa, television and equipped kitchen is spacious with its 22m². Continuing on from the living room, you will find a beautiful bright bedroom of 14m² with adjoining shower room. Bed 160x200cm (or 2 x80x200cm on request). Shower room with large shower, vanity unit and toilet.

The cottage is located at the end of the main house with its private and independent access. The owner living on site will welcome you on your arrival.

Nearby, visit the spectacular Château de Montgeoffroy, the Parc des Ardoisières and the open-air shows in Trélazé all summer. 40 minutes away, visit the town of Saumur and its castle or the Zoo de la Flèche. Take advantage of your trips south of the Loire to discover the vineyards and their producers of Layon, Anjou, Saumur. A tasting is a must! At 5.7km, a few pedal strokes allow you to reach the cycle route of La Loire à Vélo. Go on one side towards Saumur or on the other towards Angers and Nantes.
