Bathroom with shower / WC, sauna utility room with WAMA, dryer. Fully enclosed grounds with terrace and. Small garden. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 with balcony) for total 6 people, bathroom with shower / WC. The house is only 300 m to the ski slopes, 250 m from the center with shops and a few meters to the trails. The house is located in a quiet hillside with stunning mountain views; Hiking and culture, sport and relaxation are very important here. The Moosham Castle is a World Heritage Site. The Aineck Katschberg ski area is nearby. In winter, enjoy the wonderful winter hiking, skiing, and horse-drawn sleigh. Also cross-country skiing are nearby. In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails and sports like cycling, paragliding, whitewater rafting etc. The houses combine both the ambience of a cabin and the comfort of an upscale house.
The golf course is just 2 km away. The 18 hole golf course St. Michael / Katschberg adjacent to St. Margarethen. In harmony with the landscape with ponds, wetlands and floodplains lets golfers' hearts beat faster.
