- Large and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and everything you need to cook like at home.

Night area: 3 bedrooms
1. First bedroom with a double bed, tasteful decoration, and practical storage.
2. Second bedroom with a double bed, perfect for optimal comfort, with storage.
3. Third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or friends.

Bathroom and WC
- Modern bathroom with a large shower and a vanity unit with storage.
- Separate WC for added convenience.

Ideal location
- Close to the Arago market.
- A 4-minute walk to the main beach of Les Sables d’Olonne, bars, and restaurants.
- An 8-minute walk to the SNCF train station and the city center.

Late arrival
For all arrivals after 8 p.m., we offer a "late arrival" service (additional fee). To be arranged with our concierge prior to your arrival.

Mandatory fees to be paid upon arrival
- Bed linen and towels: €15 per person (beds made upon arrival, towels, bath mat, and tea towels).
- Tourist tax (except for bookings made via Airbnb).
