Completely renovated! All furniture is new. Here you can make modern and luxurious holiday for little money.
The three bathrooms were completely renovated!
At the moment the only house in this settlement that has been completely renovated and is on an extremely modern standard.
3 LCD flat screen televisions are available in the house (in each bedroom and in the living room). New kitchen with dishwasher. High quality box spring beds in every bedroom.
The garden is completely fenced and therefore suitable for dogs.
"Wäschepaket" with washing machine, bed linen, towels, etc. can be booked for a flat rate.
Beds are then as in the photos, towels are sufficiently available and the use of the washing machine is included in the price of 7, -Euro per night. (Payment is per night - not per person!)
PLEASE NOTE:
If you want to make a holiday with your dog at our hotel the "laundry package" must be booked!
FREE WIFI from your own telephone connection.
All utilities such as electricity, heating and water are included in the price !!!!
In Bad Kötzing (10 kilometers away) is a new state casino and a thermal bath. The Chrupfalzpark (amusement park) is only 8 kilometers away.
Rowboat rentals are numerous.
The settlement is extremely dog-friendly and almost every vacationer here has his four-legged friend.
A new adventure playground is nearby.
In the village is a shop, bakers and butchers as well as various restaurants.

- Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 35 EUR (compulsory).
