The apartment was built in the floor of a detached house in 2011 and has a separate entrance.
The apartment has a large bathroom with shower and toilet.
The living room with open kitchen offers a beautiful view of the garden.
Part of course also includes satellite TV and radio. The couch can be used as an extra bed. The kitchen area is equipped with a new fitted kitchen with built-in oven, Sera hob, fridge and freezer, and coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Crockery and cutlery are also available. The spacious bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and a wardrobe. For exercise enthusiasts, there is also an exercise bike available.
In the sitting area in the garden you can unwind or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.
A small cozy restaurant is located in the immediate vicinity.
Your destination is a starting point for many activities around the ca 3780 ha
Plau.
An established bike leads with about 52 km through the beautiful nature around the lake.
You can also sail the lake on the water by steamer, canoe and license-free
Explore motorboats.
In the place is also a windsurfing and diving school. A trip to the Bear Forest in Stuer and the monkey forest with summer toboggan run in Malchow worthwhile. For very active invites the Plau climbing forest to a tour in the treetops of the trees.
The old town with the town hall, the old church and the newly designed market invite you to stroll. Also worth seeing are the promenade on the Elde, the lift bridge and the lock with ladder line.
An annual event is the bathing rally on the Elde every July, and the Quetziner beach party on the first weekend in August.
