Azure 410-Direct beach front condo that sleeps 8 located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

Elegantly decorated beach condo located at Azure Resort in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This is a 3 bedroom/3 bath condo directly overlooking the beach that sleeps 8. Master bedroom guests have direct access to the balcony and a beautiful en suite with separate Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower, double sinks with granite counters. Imagine waking up and climbing out of bed to have your morning coffee while taking in the sounds of the ocean just steps from your bedroom.

This lovely living area features a large flat screen television, allows for plenty of cozy seating for your family. It also offers breath taking views of the ocean, and access to the balcony with additional seating for outdoor relaxation with PLENTY of sunlight.

The beautiful dining room table seats 6 with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. There's plenty of space to dine with your family, or enjoy playing cards and board games. This modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and cookware to prepare any delicious meal with ease. Additional bedrooms provide plenty of comfort with their own tv's and conveniently each have their own spacious bathroom with shower/tub combinations and feature luxurious granite counters. This is a very large, classy, condo with some of the most beautiful views of the ocean the island can offer.

You will never run out of fun things to do when staying on Okaloosa Island! The island features a virtually endless list of activities to appeal to guests of all ages. The island is home to attractions such as the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone and Fat Daddy's Arcade. Once you have worked up an appetite, enjoy one of the many local restaurants on the island such as Angler's Beachfront Restaurant, Stewby's, or drive into Destin to try out some vacationer favorite's like Lulu's and The Back Porch. As an alternative, you can pick up some groceries and prepare dinner in the comfort and convenience of your own condo. Noise

The property itself was great. But, the maintenance work was bad. They were grinding the concrete and it sounded like a plane landing on top of us. Woke us up at 8 am one day. Not as noisy when moved to other floors, but still noisy. Also, checkout was 10 am but the dr code changed at 9 am

Last minute get away

My family took a end of the summer vacation. We had an awesome trip. Perfect views and spacious condo. Area was perfect for shopping and beach fun. Hope to go back next year.

The property was exactly as listed. Stayed with my husband and our two teenagers. Had a few minor issues that were very quickly resolved. The easy access to the beach, the pools are awesome! Beautiful views. We had an amazing time and would book again.

Can’t Beat the View

In my experience there is no better place to soak up the ocean view! Little things need updating; master bed spread, shower curtain rods, chipped dinnerware and couch is pretty worn. . I donated a front door mat, beach chairs, placemats and coasters. Love the floor plan and the white paint gives the place a bright clean feel. We’ll likely be back.

Nice Resort for children and handicapped

This is our first time at this property and it was very nice. The pools and two hot tubs with the waterfall for the kids was good but no handicapped access. The ramp walkover to beach was terrific for handicapped and beach carts. The availability to rent a beach wheelchair is terrific if we bring back my parents. Nice walking access to two restaurants, ice cream and putt putt golf and not a far walk to the Pier. The outdoor furniture is amazing and my favorite was the rocker and glider. Parking is wonderful and in the shade! Did not like the umbrella set up where we were forced to the back row. Many owners reserved umbrellas but NEVER showed up all day. There should be an app for them to check in with the umbrella service and allow the renters to be up front. This condo was very nice and we liked the set up and layout. Have stayed in many condos all over. It needs some updating. the sofa springs were very painful when you sat down. The sofa needs to go and is very dirty. No sofa pillows as in the photos. The floor was not clean when we arrived. Our feet were black from the dirt and sand before we even went to the beach. The small floor vacuum for the sand needs to be cleaned and repaired. The kitchen is not fully stocked and not a chef's kitchen as promoted. It lacked sheet pans, large cooking pans for spaghetti and crab legs, needs more skillets, and the refrigerator has broken drawers that need attention. Some of the china had broken chips on them (that harbor bacteria) and they are outdated and need to be replaced. These are too heavy especially when considering the glass table. The washing machine will ruin your clothes as it has black mold in it and needs to cleaned. The lightbulb in the master bathroom water closet needs to be replaced. An electrical outlet behind the television has no cover and is reachable by small children. The master king comforter has rips in the fabric and needs to be replaced as well. These are minor things the owners need to make a trip and update their rental. We did enjoy this property and will most likely come again.

Nice Property

The property was clean and well appointed. The furnishings were nice and in good condition. The heated pool was a plus. The view was excellent. The communication was through text and app messaging only. The only issue we had was not being provided a parking or fitness center code, but we quickly found someone at the building to give us their code for the stay. We would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furniture including the bedding need to be replaced, it is all worn out especially the king size bed in the master bedroom which is terrible. The unit was not clean

This unit was perfect for our group. The splash pad was a hit with the little one & the beach chair service was a great bonus. Several restaurants within walking distance made the evenings better by not having to drive anywhere. We will definitely return

A Wonderful Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful place to stay when visiting Fort Walton Beach. The view is amazing. High quality furniture on the balcony. The splash pad is directly in front of this condo, so it does make a lot of noise when it is running. Pools and pool area are clean with plenty of lounge chairs. Just a short walk to the white sand beach. The condo itself is very roomy and clean. The owner is very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this condo.

We’ve been to Okaloosa Island 10 times now. I have to say this property was one of the best we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and check in was very easy. The location is also great as it’s just beyond the red light.

Friends vacation 2021

The rent process was easy with good communication. The only issue we had was that we could not adjust the air conditioning, the primary bedroom was very warm with no air movement, the ceiling fan speed could not be adjusted as well. The condo needs a bit updating in terms of fresh paint and bedding. Overall we had a great stay, the complex and pools were great, the beach chair rental guys were awesome as well, so much to do in the area.
