The kids were bummed the pool was not open. We were notified the day before coming. When we got there the pool was green like it had been closed for a while now though. So we spent most of our time off property. I wish there was self parking because I prefer to park my own vehicle and not valet. But overall it was a fine place to rest our heads at night for a couple days.

Place was dingy and musty. Took over an hour to check in because the valet directs you to one area to get some ticket redeemed to not pay 40 bucks a day, the line is for security who also doubles as a checkin agent but not for everyone. Other check-ins go to an office and sent back to that slow moving security line for a second time.
Room had stains on sheets and bathroom walls, hair in shower wall and in towels, and the second bed was so uneven you could literally roll off of it if not careful. No beach towels or sun umbrella as promised and wifi didn't work. Too expensive for what you got.

The best thing about the property is the location
The best thing about the property is the location. All else was just so-so at best. The room had a toilet that ran and overflowed and when maintenance was called they never came. There was a hole in the bathroom wall tile and paint was chipping off walls in the hall. The room was clean but more like a low rent , semi renovated hotel than a “condo”. The pool was under renovations so has no water. It was cheap and in a good location but all else was not the greatest.
We loved the place. The beds were super comfy and very clean.

Loved this property, especially at that price. The building is very nice, lots of elevators, lots of space in the lobby (which was needed because it was BUSY!) and the valet was super quick everyday. The pool area could use some love, coat of paint and dressing up but that’s being nitpicky. The pool itself is huge, and direct access to the beach couldn’t be easier. Super quiet stretch of the beach as well, even with lots of families around we never felt crowded. The room was simple and nice with a cute view of the intercoastal and downtown Miami. Tons of options to rent bikes, beach stuff, cars, tours down in the lower lobby as well. Bus stop right out front too so we used that to get down to South Beach and avoid paying the outrageous parking over there. Definitely coming back.

Certainly not Luxury
The entire floor REEKED of fresh paint (like you’re sleeping in a paint can). The AC spit tons of water all over the floor. You had to shoulder check the door to get it open (maybe a safety feature). The pictures make the property look pretty/open/airy. It was just.. not. The beach access was amazing, the outdoor pool area was very nice. I had Hilton expectations and received Best Western. The check in staff was WEIRDDD, they made you feel super uncomfortable, they constantly giggled and whispered. Also, it could just be a Miami thing but, the elevators constantly smelled like marijuana. The restaurant inside the building was literally just edible. This would be a fun place for young singles wanting to visit Miami. Not so great for families with any type of expectations.
This listing is not as described. The first thing you get hit with is a $45 A DAY resort fee that is not disclosed during reservation. The location is great, but that’s where it ends. Jessica at check-in was very helpful, and definitely the highlight of my stay. The first room I was given had a broken air conditioner. I was then moved to a room on a lower floor with an air conditioner that barely ran. The rooms are sparsely furnished and appointed, however, I will say that both rooms were very clean. The walls are very thin, you can hear everyone entering and exiting their doors at all hours of the day and night. Not peaceful for resting or sleep. The valet parking was very convenient, but definitely give yourself at least half an hour to get your car. The pool area was disgusting, there was trash and paper towels, floating in the water. You are given a cheap umbrella in your room, but there are no beach chairs available. I ended up buying a day pass at a nearby resort with a tidy pool area and beach accommodations. Given that, I would never stay here again - I would pay a little extra and stay somewhere with better amenities. Skip it!!
We stayed one night at this studio location between a cruise and flight home. We arrived far earlier than expected. They were very accommodating by holding our luggage until we could check in. The ocean was 100 yards away, a swimming pool was right outside the door which included a bar and nice food menu. We enjoyed our short stay and would go again.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Its very run down and dirty. The first room we were given, which was NOT the room in the pictures, had water dripping from the lights in the ceiling. When i complained, i was given a different room, which was a little better, but still didnt feel clean and was in need of some repair. The check in process was a huge hassle as well. This was not an enjoyable stay.
Just as advertized. Neat, clean, direct beachfront location. Our view was of the bay and city in the distance. We used the free Collins Express trolley to get around for daytime activities in the Art Deco district and to get to mist of the restaurants which were about a mile to the north and maybe 2 miles to the south. A fun place to be, reasonably priced.
We loved having a short walk to beach. Pool area and bar was nice. Overall place did the job. Definitely needs an update, especially bathroom. Having paper towels and a garbage bag would've been nice but it still worked out well. Valet was a huge plus since there is no street parking around there. That's basically what sold us on the unit! Thanks for having us!
Amazing location - right on main strip. Valet parking included in stay - suggest hiring more valets to accommodate large parking duties. 3 times valet could not find my car and had me waiting for 30 minutes.
Building can use some renovations - some areas had loose tiles, flooring gaps, and lobby restroom was super outdated and in disrepair.
Elevators - were super slow but were at least working.
Luggage carts - only two for this large building - should have more.
Rooms - beautiful view on to the main strip and bay. Plenty of room for my party of 3 for each person. Kitchen was stocked with nice college size fridge, toaster, and coffee maker - grocery store located less than 10 minutes on main strip. Bathroom - was nice size for all of us to use at once; hot water plentiful, and toiletries and towels provided - so very helpful.
Trash - There is a trash shoot on the floor.
Vending machines on each floor.
Nice large swimming pool and tennis court on site.
Everyone truly enjoyed this stay and would recommend this place to others.
I traveled to Miami Beach with my two best friends and we had a good experience here. It was the perfect spot for three people to lay their heads. We were out for a majority of the day and night so we didn’t need anything special. The size and location was a good match for the price. I would stay here again.
