The holiday house built in 2011, in a new cottage area (750 inhabitants Zierow), located in Wismar Bay, near the beach (500m). The beach is guarded, very child friendly (petting zoo, children's playground). Nearby is the 4 * camping theme park with an indoor park (Summer 2013 completion) wellness, sauna, kl. Swimming, surfing school. Available to all guests. The Baltic Sea cycle track leads from Zierow direction Wismar or Bolton. Zierow is 8km from the UNESCO town of Wismar, the state capital Schwerin, with many Sights (35km) away. The seaside resorts Boltenhagen (15km), Kühlungsborn (45km) Heiligendamm (40km), Insel Poel (18km) Lübeck (50km). The nearest marinas are Wismar-Wendorf (3km), Wismar (7km), High-Wieschendorf (3km, White Wiek / Boltenhagen (15km). Sufficient shops are in MEZ Gägelow (2.5km), Marktkauf Wismar-Wendorf (3km), for small purchases in the community center a small village shops (bread, drinks). Cheap food 80m in Gasstätte riding. In house is located on the ground floor, the living-u. Dining room, hallway and bathroom (underfloor heating). Upstairs living room (double bed, single bed, cot, TV, DVD, wardrobes, table, chairs). One bedroom with 2 single beds. All rooms are heated. Non smoking home. The bathroom has a large / roll-in shower, washing machine and. Hairdryer. The terrace (u with various garden furniture, barbecue) is south facing, so you can get up in the evenings to enjoy the sun. The property is fenced with a hedge and metal fence, parking is located on the property.
