Located on the 3rd floor of a private residence without elevator, this para-hotel apartment features :

- bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and desk area,
- a 20 m² mezzanine (not carrez) with a double bed (140cm) and a cinema area with video projector,

- TV in every room, Wifi.

Note that one of the 2 shutters in the living room cannot be closed. However, there is a curtain on the mezzanine.
