Another day in Paradise

We enjoyed every aspect of the house from the spacious kitchen to the comfortable beds and the fabulous backyard. The owner/host was more than responsive when I reached out to him. The quaint Neighborhood was great for walking during the morning hours. A variety of shopping was all within minutes of the house. And we lucked out with perfect weather. I highly recommend this “paradise” for a perfect vacation home with family and/or friends. See you next year God willing!!!

Daughter’s wedding in Boca Raton

This home was perfect for our children and grandkids. It is close to Aldi, Walgreens and several restaurants. We were able to run quick errands easily. We all enjoyed our stay.

Sisters Birthday Trip

This is a beautiful home in a nice, quiet area. It had lots of room for all of us and the kitchen was huge and well-appointed. We made lots of meals there and ate outside on the shaded porch next to the pool. The home is close to beaches and stores. We had a wonderful time and would come again :)

Lovely property in great location

Very spacious 5-bedroom, multi-bath property with pool on canal. Main TV remote had gone missing, but owner promptly rectified the situation.

Problems

It started off with the code to get in the house not working and went on from there. We stayed for over a week and had a service guy there almost every day.It was mostly pool heat issues but also had no air conditioning for a day. the house had NO WIFI in the upstairs bedrooms.

Great week

The house was very nice, clean and a lots of room. We spent a lot of time in the nice heated pool. Also, it was a quite area.

House was in an excellent location was not cleaned did sheets and cleaned kitchen refrigerator and oven, could not use pool for 3 days because the water was green called owner and he had the pool guy come to clear it up but should have been done before our arrival

Family Outing

Property met our expectations. Pool was actually larger than it looked and outdoor covered porch allowed us to enjoy the outdoors all day. Plenty of space in the house too. I would book again.....

Friends Getaway

We had 7 adults, ages 55 and over, and had plenty of room inside and outside around the pool. The location of the property is excellent, a mile or so to the beach, pier, grocery store and lots of delicious restaurants, bars and shops. The pool was sparkling clean the whole week we were there. We had trouble accessing the lock box at check in but Rick helped remedy that situation.

Great family holiday break

We rented this house with my family for the winter break. The house is very spacious and each bedroom is big. The bathrooms are definitely outdated. We had a few issues at first with the cleanliness but Rick, was very responsive and sent us the cleaner on the next day. We really enjoyed the backyard and the pool and fished on the pier. Overall we had a great time. We will definitely be back!

Lot of space

We had 6 men traveling together for work. The property was big enough for everyone and then some. The layout was great. The backyard/patio was everyone's favorite spot, probably because of the beautiful weather we had. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, which is something I really love in a property. It was also close to shopping and restaurants as well. I travel with my own printer for work because I have never rented a house that has ever had one. Until now that is. This house had a corner of the kitchen set up like a small business center in a hotel. What a great feature! If I had any drawbacks, it would be the wifi. Wifi is always hit or miss when traveling. Given the size of this house, it's easy to understand why wifi wasn't great all over. Understandable as it is, it is still frustrating when you can't get a connection. Aside from that, I don't think there were any other drawbacks. But everything else more than made up for spotty wifi. I would recommend this property to any large groups. I'm sure you will love it as much as we did.

Gorgeous place

Perfect for our group of 10. Each family had their own space. The pool and view of the water are fantastic. Only suggestion would be to set out a binder with information on the wifi connection, menus from local restaurants, etc.

Great Stay

We had to come to Florida with my rather large family to plan and attend the funeral for my wife of over 40 years. The house provided a clean and safe environment to do so. The owner was more than accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to those looking for a great place to stay with their family.

A lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood with every amenity to make your trip enjoyable. Close to groceries and shopping. Was perfect for our group of six adults as it offered lots of privacy. Very spacious and central location.

We stayed for a wedding outside of Fort Lauderdale. The five bedrooms were more than enough space for our family from around the country. The pool was great and the location was picturesque. The kitchen is large and the sitting room was very comfortable. Everything worked well. They even had towels outside to use in the pool. The bathRooms are a little dated but plenty of room. Definitely recommend! Owner Rick, very responsive.

Family vacation from Texas

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It’s a perfect home for a large family. Our kids loved the pool and us parents loved the patio. The view of the sunset was beautiful too. Not treated right!

We were promissed the house at 4pm, but the owner had forgotten to clean the house, therefore we had to wait out until 10 pm that first afternoon, untill we could move inn. Here after the house looked fine, like the pictures. The impression I get! No reduction, no dinner offer out on his account or just something! Just not right! Come on, thats not the way to please customers. Well the house sure is a perfect place in the sun! Greetings Per.
