Spring break 25’

My stay here went as expected! The place was pleasing to the eye, clean, and right on the beach! The balcony was great to eat breakfast with a view of the ocean. The stores and restaurants being 5 to10 minutes away was really convenient and the communication with management was very clear and direct. My family and I will be back for sure!

Girls trip

This condo met all our needs for a 3 night girls getaway. We all had our own rooms with spacious bathrooms/closets in each. Location is perfect for shopping, groceries, dining & spirits. The space was clean & very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this unit & hope to stay again soon.

Centrally located across from grocery store and other stores.

Very nice unit. All three bedrooms had their own baths. Nice furniture. Didn't like balcony being closed in on both sides and also having a glass rail instead of the usual bars. Obstructed the view. A few things in the condo didn't work but our stay was short so we didn't complain. The balcony was the biggest issue because we spend alot of our time there enjoying the view of the beach and at night watching the surf come in. If you aren't put off by that then this is a nice place to stay.

Restful

The beds were very comfortable. The decor was classy. The curtains were thick and blocked out the sun when needed. Jacuzzi tub was relaxing. The sound of the waves crashing was peaceful. Being right across the street from Rouses and Walmart was convenient. Loved 806!

Lovely and immaculately clean!

The sitting room furniture was so comfortable. The entire place was so beautifully decorated. Light and peaceful. The 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms absolutely perfectly clean. The 8th floor makes for a spectacular ocean view and you are up high enough that you don't hear all the beach conversations. I hope to stay here again!

Family beach trip

We loved this room had 3 bedroom with 3 KING SIZED beds. It is why we chose this property! We came with family and it gave each group of the family their own space for the week. Highly HIGHLY recommend if traveling with multiple groups!

Great layout, location, and access

Great place, terrible parking

We loved the condo. Very clean, plenty of room and a great view. The parking however is awful! Your not guaranteed a spot and if the lot is full you have to pay for parking at the Fairfield inn 3 blocks away.

Unsatisfactory and disappointed

I sent my complaints and was ignored last week! With the parking passes not available. Security not there until after 4pm. No one knew where the security office was that I talked to from Vacasa and I talked to 5 different people. 4 men came into the condo that wasn't with me or vacasa and reported to vacasa and called the police and nothing was done about it from neither party! Parking was terrible and I was told if I couldn't find parking at the enclave I'd have to park on canal street at my own expense. Why don't they have a shuttle for that? No one called me back to see how me and my family was doing the rest of the trip! It was just a terrible ordeal.

Old building

I loved it was 3 king bedrooms with 3 full baths however room needs updating. Dresser drawers broken if not careful exit to balcony could trip you. Exit to balcony was way too high . For what I paid it was nothing special and parking was terrible. Did not even have a working mixer in the unit. Jacuzzi tub in master bath not cleaned.

This condo provided all of the amenities we needed for a wonderful Thanksgiving stay! 3 bathrooms, a plus!!! So clean and comfortable! There was some construction but did not interfere with our stay!
