In the separate apartment on the 1 Floor living. The house is in a quiet area of family houses, approximately 900 meters from Lake Balaton. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, an additional toilet. The cozy garden features a pool and playground for children, where families find children with everything that is needed for good Erfolung. On the enclosed property there is parking for 3 cars. Rental from spring to autumn possible. The owner speaks a little German.
