This beautiful, spacious condo offers three bedrooms and two baths. The main suite has a king bed with a private bath and a door opening up to the Gulf-front balcony. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a kitchen that opens to the living room where you'll find an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico. There are free WiFi and flatscreen TVs, so come and enjoy!


Things to Know
Free WiFi

This property will have construction ongoing from November 11, 2024 to May 30, 2025. This will include closing of amenities at various times. Balcony access will be restricted while work is being performed on a tentative scheduled basis. Noise and construction materials will be present in common areas and on balconies. As of March 7 pools are currently closed.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing. The condo was beautifully furnished and there was plenty of seating in the living area. The master bath shower was great with a small step to enter. We would definitely stay here again

Great beach location

This condo had a great view of the beach. Close to several restaurants and a Publix. The bedrooms were very spacious. The pools (one kiddie pool, one regular size, one indoor) were great for the kids! It was easy access to the beach and there is a beach umbrella and chair service for a fee that is super convenient. We did not have any issues. We had four adults and two young kids.

Beds Hold Back the Rating

Uncomfortable beds and a few minor maintenance items hold this rating back. The overall complex was great. We’ve stayed at Summerchase before and enjoy the fact that is a smaller complex which leads to less crowded amenities.
