ED Ref. 1092090 The house "CASA VERDE" is in a completely secluded location (connected) and is beautifully designed. It is cozy and practical and clean with barbecue area and the chairs invite you to relax and unwind. It is quiet and appreciated by our guests. 150m from the sandy beach with shower. Nice big house, cheap shopping on site, good restaurants and cafes, bakery all locally. The holiday home "Casa Verde" with 180 m2 of land is located near Praia de Cortegaca. Very nice flat sandy beaches, surrounded by pine trees, near "Parque Bucaquinho" With beautiful bike paths, lead you along wild dunes, past untouched nature or go to a beautiful beach. "CASA VERDE" is located just 23km south of Grande Porto and is ideal for all vacationers, whether for cycling or hiking or culture. "CASA VERDE" is located in a pine forest and beautiful nature with beautiful distributed beaches. We speak Deusch and are there for you personally. In Praia de Cortegaca there will be a 3-day surf party in mid-August and 3 days in early September (Pescadores Nossa Senhora de Nazaré Festival). From Praia de Cortegaca it is 1km to Esmoriz, 5km to Espinho, 8km to Santa Maria da feira and 15km to Ria de Aveiro.
