In a quiet one-way street, this charming Arcachon house of 110 m², spread over three levels, accommodates up to six people.
On the ground floor, an entrance leads to a dining room and a bright living room facing west, offering a lovely view of the garden. The fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, dishwasher) is accompanied by a glazed back kitchen that opens onto a private passage to the garden, ideally fitted out with storage and washing machine. A storage cupboard and separate toilet complete this space.
Upstairs, the landing leads to a first bedroom facing east, with a double bed (140 cm) and a closet, as well as a shower room with WC and a second bedroom facing north, lit by a Velux, also with a double bed (140 cm) and a closet. On the garden level, accessible from the outside, there is a master suite comprising a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a bathroom with macerator.
Outside, a beautiful terrace with furniture and a wooded garden, sheltered from view, offer a relaxation area facing west. This family home, in excellent condition and with local charm with its old parquet flooring and typical architecture, has electric shutters and an Internet connection with WIFI. The location is ideal, with local shops (bakery, cheese maker, caterer, etc.) 250 meters away, the beaches 750 meters away and Arcachon city center 2 kilometers away.
Free on-street parking is easy. Pets are not allowed. Linen is not provided, but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), and end-of-stay cleaning is included, subject to regular maintenance during the rental.
