This condo is one of the best we have stayed in. It was very clean and the owners seemed to focus...

This condo is one of the best we have stayed in. It was very clean and the owners seemed to focus on the details- tv screens for each of the bunk beds, powerstrips connected to the bed frame on each side for ease of plugging in chargers. The kitchen was also well stocked with most anything you would need. We will definitely be checking to see if this unit is available for our next trip.

The Best yet! Our 1st trip to Gulfshores

The ocean view breathtaking. The furnishings were my favorite 😍 the recliner was a 1st in all of our yearly vacation. It was comfortable and felt like home.The bedroom furnishings and bathrooms were beautifully decorated and welcoming. It was nice to have ice and loved the large family sized washer and dryer. The granite counters were beautiful 😍. Thanks for making my 1st Gulfshores trip amazingly comfortable 👌

Great place to stay

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. It has a beautiful view and the balcony was nice and big. We love the Lighthouse over all and have stayed there all 3 times we have visited Gulf Shores.

Loved it so much, we booked it for next year!

This was absolutely perfect for our family. Condo was kid friendly and had an awesome view of the beach. Staying in the second floor was perfect. Parking was convenient, and so was getting to pools and beach. We booked the same condo for next year before we even checked out.

Loved the room, the view and accommodations were great!! Master bed was very comfortable, we didn’t use the second bedroom at all and there was a lot of room to spread out!!! Could use a little better coffee maker but we made due. The onsite staff was very nice and helpful. Parking and location of this unit is perfect right by the elevator and stairs, easy access to the pools and beach!!! Additionally, just an FYI Vacasa told us there were no beach rentals of chairs and umbrellas but there actually are which is great you can reserve them the day of or day before and they’re there for you waiting all day, no lugging them back and forth!!!

Very nice

Loved being on the 2nd floor. Short walk from our car, but parking spaces are tight if you have a few full size vehicle. Condo was clean and we had what we needed. Great view of the pool and beach.

Good location, easy access to beach & pools. Loved being able to have the car right out the front door. 2nd bedroom is extremely small, & no storage in that bedroom. Master toilet ran constantly, couch in living room wasn’t very comfortable. Overall good stay though.

Enjoyed it once again

This was our seventh visit to Lighthouse 203 and we very much enjoyed it again. The room itself is fantastic and everything we could want to be honest. This was our first trip in the fall, and we could tell things were a bit different. For one the pool and pool area were not kept up and cleaned near as well as we’ve seen in the past. Also, our room was not cleaned and ready by the promised 4:00 check-in.

Beautiful Condo!

My daughter and I came to Gulf Shores for the first time at the end of May beginning of April. Perfect time of year nothing was too busy. The condo itself is gorgeous and well furnished with everything you need. The beds are totally wonderful! Really my only disappointment was that there was no beach equipment left for us to use... And I did not recall seeing this in the ad cuz I have plenty at home that I could have brought. Nor would the condo association allow you to rent anything that they were setting up on the beach and that was empty all day (rude.) So four stars because I really think they should leave beach equipment for you to use as in: a canopy, a couple of chairs, Beach blanket, and some toys for those who have kiddos.

If you’re on the fence, look no further

This was the perfect spot for a small family. Mom, dad, an eight year old, and a 1 year old. Being on the second floor meant not having to mess with the elevators to go up and down. You are also able to park basically 50 feet from the room. Going back up and down to the beach was just one flight of stairs away. We went to the OWA indoor/outdoor water park and amusement park about twenty minutes away one of the days. The beach stores are right across the street. This location made access to everything we needed super easy. The pools were also very family friendly having a deeper one and one with a shallow splash pad like area. We were very satisfied!

Great condo w/ a few things to mention

Great property. Very clean. No odor of mold at all. Large TV’s in living room and master bedroom. Plenty of room in the condo and the bunk room was perfect for my 2 kids (8 and 5). Comfy beds, good showers, and a parking garage to park in. There is also armed security on site. The condo building itself is very well run. The only things to mention include there is NO Keurig so you will need coffee grounds and filters. Also, because the condo is on the 2nd story and right over the pools it is a little noisy in the master bedroom from kids screaming/playing until about 11pm then it gets quiet. However, there is extremely easy access to the beach/pool/parking garage because it’s of the 2nd floor location so take the good with the bad. Beach is nice. Only negative would be that it’s a little busy since the condo building is so large and people would sometimes set up their chairs/umbrellas right in front of where the beach service has theirs.

The SUNSET Condo

If you enjoy the afternoon sun with the sound of the ocean, This Is Your Unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It is nicely furnished and has everything you will need for your trip to the beach. The five stars is held back due to the noise from the pool area till all hours of the night. Any noises from down there seem to amplifiy on thier way to this unit. The beds are super comfortable and hopefully you will fall into a deep sleep.

Overall nice, would stay in this specific unit again.

We really liked this unit. We received an email two weeks before saying they would be painting this unit at the end of May and a pool would be closed for renovations. Both issues were done way before we arrived so that was nice. We stayed on the east side of the condo, which seemed to have less people and less foot traffic, because be warned this is a VERY VERY busy condo. As in ALOT of people staying in some of these units. Parking is a little tight, so if you have anything bigger then a mid size SUV, I highly recommend ONLY parking on the bottom level. Condo itself was great, the only issue is that when we were leaving the kitchen faucet was not working. We didn’t use the kitchen during our stay, but I know if we would have that would have been an issue. Really would have loved a basic hair dryer in one of the bathrooms as an amenity. Also, there is no deadbolt lock, or any kind of safety lock on the front door. The bunk room is right next to it, so this made me super nervous every night. So would love maybe a extra security feature, especially for families with kids staying in the bunk room. But overall no major complaints, and we really liked it.

Cozy and Clean

Probably one of the best units we've stayed at, in terms of cost & amenities. Staying on the 2nd floor, we never had to take an elevator. Plus parking was just outside the door... and with 3 kids, that was key. We were worried being so low that the pool noise at night would be overwhelming, but the sliding doors are virtually sound-proof. Otherwise, unit was well decorated and clean, which goes a long way nowadays. Next time we're in Gulf Shores, we'll be looking to stay here again.
