Very nice

Nice location and view. Unit was clean and had well stocked kitchen. Beds were ok, could use some better pillows. It could use a few upgrades, but we would probably stay here again we had a nice time.

Great Vacay

We loved that the complex was smaller and the beach was less crowded. The balcony is very spacious and watching boats come through the pass was nice plus. If we come back, we will definitely bring fishing gear because there are plenty of spots to fish. Overall, great condo and convenient location!

Vacation on the beach

We loved the spaciousness, kitchen, beds and furniture. Loved the view of the Gulf of Mexico. Air conditioning worked well. Some of the flooring should have been cleaner or just updated. Master bedroom and the bath off the Master bedroom should have been more thoroughly cleaned.

We absolutely LOVED this condo! It was beautiful! It was quiet! It was spacious! I wish we would have stayed longer because I definitely didn’t have long enough to enjoy this beautiful condo! We are already planning a trip back and to stay in this same exact space because it was perfect! We also had an issue with the guest passes not being there (housekeeping threw them away apparently) and vacasa answered in the middle of the night to help us and the owners brought them by the next day! So even communication was easy and helpful! Highly recommend!

Grand Pointe Condos and property are the best because its a small building, most privately owned, everything is kept clean and well-maintained, with flowers and plants all over the yard, and the very best views of the Pass, boats, and the Gulf! we like a quieter stay with a little less people and the Grand Pointe and where it is always delivers!

Great getaway!

Loved this lovely condo (208), with nice, comfortable indoor and outdoor furnishings! King beds were very comfy, twins were ok. Well equipped kitchen including a Keurig! Enjoyed the large, nice WOOD dining table (I greatly dislike glass tables). Loved the amazing view from the large, nicely furnished deck overlooking the beautiful pass. Sunrise and sun in the morning with shade in the afternoon! Couldn’t get any closer to the water, which was a blessing for my sight impaired 89 year old dad. Can’t wait to come back!!

Condo at Perdido Bay

This condo was wonderful ! The layout was extremely comfortable and well organized! We saw dolphins, pelicans, and several boats passed by the balcony! Also the location was convenient to all restaurants and grocery stores ! I would definitely stay here again and working with the owners was very pleasant and easy !! Only drawback was the tv that worked sometimes in the living room & not at.all in the bedrooms! But we rarely watched tv while we were there ! Thanks to Shelly for a great week in the winter time !!

Great condo

We enjoyed staying at this property as it was very quaint and relaxing. The beach was never crowded and everything was well maintained. The condo was well stocked and offered fabulous views! Our only real issue was a non-working television in the family room. Even after a visit to install a new smart card, the television did not work. We tried to resolve the issue with Secure Vision as requested but they were not able to get the television working and sent it up the chain. We never received a call back before check out so we were without a working television in the living area. Our bedroom television worked but would freeze up often. We also had to call about our door as the code wouldn’t work consistently so we had to use the default code to get in on several occasions. Other than those two issues, we loved our stay and would recommend this property! We also commend Vacasa for being responsive to communication.

Best location

We were aware going in the condo was under construction. Shame on me for reading it as only the pool. We arrived with our balcony covered in sheet rock and dust, and our patio furniture thrown to the side. We contacted Vacasa and they immediately assisted by sending someone to clean it. However this was a daily occurrence and I didn’t want to report. Once again site warns condo is under construction. I would definitely visit again once construction is complete. The location is really what makes this place special. It’s at the end. We got to view the boats every morning and evening. Being at the end of the beach we were able to sit close to the shore without rented umbrellas and chairs blocking our view. The condo itself is very spacious and enjoyed having a bathroom in each bedroom.

The location is the best part of the rental.

This condo could be perfect if it would receive a complete going-over. It needs a deep cleaning and attention to detail. We were there for 2 months and had to immediately have the carpets cleaned, the caulking in the bathrooms replaced because of black mold and a broom and glassware for the kitchen replaced. The local office of Vacasa was very responsive and fixed these things right away. We wiped the thick accumulation of dust and grime off of the utility room wall vent and cleaned the stains on the furniture as well as we could. The sofa cushions are so bad it’s really unusable. Two of the balcony chairs for the table are broken and can’t be used. The rug out there needs to be thrown out, it’s ripped and permanently stained from moisture. There are 2 nice chairs with ottomans and a nice recliner on the balcony. We love Grand Pointe and have stayed in 2 other units. This condo appears to be strictly a money-maker rental without anyone keeping it up or paying attention to it. With just a little attention and updating it could be perfect.
