It's complete with modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Speaking of convenience, this condo also has a private washer/dryer. You and your friends will be granted access to a community swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center as a plus when you book this family-friendly condo.

Beautiful views and great size!

The views from one balcony were beautiful! The views from the other (the main road)were entertaining 😁 Great size for the price! Everyone was able to have their own space when finished with family time. Would definitely stay here again.

Booking this condo next year

My family loved this condo! So many dishes, silverware, pots/pans, however there was no can opener or baking sheets! Supplying those for future residents would is definitely needed. The views from this condo are fantastic and all of the furniture is comfortable and well taken care of. Will be back!

Would stay again!

For families who want to stay in and make meals, a can opener is needed, even if it's just a handheld one to put in the drawer, and baking sheets. Otherwise, everything was great! We had plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and one 18 month old. The balcony provides a stunning view of the Gulf and beaches. Chair rentals are outside the gate at the bottom of the walkway. Easy access to beach. We walked to Sea N Suds one night to eat and drove to other restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and condo - disappointed with Vacasa

The condo and beach access were the best. We had everything we needed. Place was neat and clean. Only disappointed with Vacasa since we had to change reservations due to the beach house we had reserved had the owners separate with Vacasa so we had to move to a condo. I specifically said we need a place that was beachside with a pool. This condo has the balcony closed for work and the pool was closed. Also the drain in the master bath stopped up. Other than that I would stay here again but would make sure pool and balcony are open.

Great Condo!

We would definitely come back here. It was nice to be a little further away from Gulf Shores Parkway as the beach was less crowded. Lots of room, we had 9 adults and a one year old. There were 3 burnt out light bulbs in the bathrooms. We called for maintenance and the did not get back to us until the day before we were leaving. Told us to go buy the bulbs and they would reimburse us. That is not something I want to do on vacation. Overall I would recommend.

Nice condo but ….

Great location and clean.The pool was nice as well. However we were disappointed that they had 5 TV ‘s and none of them were smart TV’s so no streaming. We had 2 TVs we couldn’t use because remotes didn’t work. Also the ice maker in the fridge was broken. Fortunately there was an ice maker in the bar. Most of the pillows they provided for the beds were old and flat and needs to be replaced. This would be a great place to stay if these issues are addressed.

Beautiful Condo but filthy

the condo is beautiful but dirty. all the toilets were filthy nothing had been dusted through the whole condo. rips and tears in the sheets on the bed. what ever cleaning service is used needs to be replaced. it was a shame to stay in such a beautiful place and be so dirty.

Not as promised

We selected this place because we wanted to let our children swim. The pool was guarded off and we were not allowed to use it. When they finally opened the pool that was supposed to be heated it was freezing cold. We also found dirty tissues in one of the master bedrooms as well as cough drop wrappers. Very disappointed!!

Beautiful and Spacious

This home was perfect for our family getaway. There are 2 master suites with king beds. We also had one bedroom for our boys (3) and one for out girls(2). It was plenty spacious enough that we never felt cramped. We also got to know Angie, the security guard, and thought she was great!

The Colonnades Unit #1403

Our rating for unit 1403 is 4.7. Our unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and we love the color scheme. The kitchen was well-equipped & well-stocked. The furniture was of high quality and comfortable. We had a great panoramic view of the gulf through plate-glass walls in the living room. This unit was a perfect size and floor plan for our group of 7. Great location. Lots of restaurants close by.

Great condo

Great condo. Location was great. Not too over crowded. The condo needed a little more detail to their cleaning. The refrigerator had broken shelves and was pretty dirty along with the ice machine. The guest bathroom shower had draining issues upon arrival, both combo showers were dirty and there was a lot of trash underneath the beds. Really nothing we needed to cause a fuss over. It was a great stay and had a beautiful view.
