Resting directly on the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico let your anxiety fade away when you choose to vacation at Bluewater 706. The wrap-around balcony in this 7th floor corner condo adds to the square footage and the beach connection. Sleeping eight this space is great for families with a king bed, queen bed, two twin beds and a sofa sleeper. You won't regret making this charming spot your home base for relaxation and coastal adventure.

THINGS TO KNOW

The indoor pool resurfacing and outdoor wading pool (kiddy pool) resurfacing will begin Monday, April 21, 2025 (weather permitting). This will take about a week to complete, and the areas will be closed during that time period. The outdoor pool will remain open for use and enjoyment by owners/guests. The indoor pool areas will be completely closed due to dust and debris while the work is ongoing, this includes the fitness room and hot tub.

This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Just okay.

The condo was not very clean when we arrived. It looked like whoever cleaned it did a very quick cleaning job and left. There were food wrappers under the couch and chair, the bathroom walls needed wiped down really bad, one of the bed skirts was filthy, there was still a ton of sand under the tables, the fold out couch on the bed was covered in sand. We checked out 12 hours early due to something strange happened. The storage closet on the balcony was locked all week long. We came up from the beach last night and the storage closet was unlocked and standing wide open. There is no way this could have been opened on accident from any of us because it was locked. Due to not feeling safe, we decided to leave early.

Great view! All bedrooms had a balcony. Great space for family of 7. Convenient area, close to everything (walking distance very convenient) Kids Loved both pools and beach entry was perfect. This unit definitely needs things fix. Not the best cosmetic wise - a lot of things broken or missing- for the price we paid I expected something more modern or up to date. I understand that because of Memorial Day weekend, price would increase. I just expected the unit to reflect the price. However it was a great weekend spent Thank you

Great view but needs repairs

Condo was clean when we arrived but did have a lot of damage. One of the outlets in our room was broken and covered in duct tape. The mirror closet door in our room was just sitting inside the closet and the mirror was broken. The side balcony door in the living area had a broken handle so the door wouldn’t even close or lock all the way which is pretty dangerous since we have a toddler and small children. There were no ceiling lights in the bedrooms only lamps which is odd. The wifi wouldn’t work. We talked to different people and they kept giving us the same password but when we would try to use it it would say invalid. Patio furniture needs some up keep and one of the chairs only had 3 legs so it wasn’t usable. We did however have great communication with the rental company and they offered to come fix the problems during our stay but since we were only there for a couple days we didn’t want to bother with that. We did absolutely love how large the balcony was and the views were amazing. Parking lot was nice and the pools and walk to the beach were beautiful. If the property didn’t have so many damages it would have been a perfect stay. Hopefully they will get them fixed soon.

November orange beach

Condo was clean, loved all the windows, loved patio furniture. My only complaint was not enough lighting throughout, but mostly in all 3 bedrooms…but looking forward to returning. Would recommend!

Layout/Update

The layout is a little different. Condo does need some updates. Toilet rocked back and forth. Washer was so loud that you needed to turn TV up or wear earmuffs. TV in 3rd bedroom not working. Hot water in 2nd bathroom shower however not in the sink. Weird. Overall we had a great vacation but Condo does need a walk thru from the owners and maybe do some updates. The dishwasher was new. It was quiet.
