Sea Colony offers a trolley, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and optional activities. A fee is charged for use of amenities for ages 4 and older. The beach and towns of Bethany Beach and South Bethany are just a short distance away. No Pets Please.

This single-level end unit offers hardwood floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen, outside shower, a deck, and a gas grill. Guests also have access to adult and children's beach chairs, and umbrellas can be rented at Sea Colony beach.

Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
