The cottage is located 21 kilometers south of Orléans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire and Lamotte-Beuvron. The Studio was restored in 2023, there is a shared insulated wall (overlooking the entrance hallway and the bathroom) with the Gîte la Longère.
