The villa features an infinity pool (11x6m) with a shaded terrace for dining by the water, as well as a semi-sunken lounge with an outdoor television, sunbeds, and umbrellas. There are also outdoor showers and toilets.

It includes two master suites with a large 180 cm bed, a private bathroom, and a separate toilet, along with a bedroom with two 120 cm beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

You will find a stunning living and dining area with an open, ultra-modern, and fully equipped kitchen.

There are two terraces with tables for family or friends' meals. Indoor parking is available for 2 cars with an automatic gate.
