I am a native Floridian, proud husband and father, and a business owner in Wilton Manors. I grew up by the beach in Fort Lauderdale with a large family (1 of 4 boys) and attended Amherst College, The University of Miami, and The University of Florida. My passions are my family first, and fishing and diving second. I have real estate brokerage and property management company on Wilton Drive.
Why they chose this property
This property is truly special with regards to the combination of ambiance and location it provides. Despite its proximity to Wilton Drive, you enter through the front gate and enter a large inviting front yard and will find a very private and peaceful property. One of the more special features this property provides is the front porch/deck that has a large sectional couch, 6 seater high top table, 2 large cushion chairs, and 2 swinging hammocks. It is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The inside is well decorated and we make our absolute best efforts to provide everything a guest may need on their travels, from extra towels to paper towels, coffee and creamer, laundry detergent, lint rollers, umbrella, cooler, and more. The property is literally steps from a dozen restaurants, shops, and several parks. We are approximately 10 minutes from Downtown Fort Lauderdale, 10 minutes to the beach, and 15 minutes to FLL.
