Location:
The luxury chalet "Casa Leon" with partial sea views is located fantastically above Cala Mesquida on the hillside and is only about 450 m from the sea and the beach. Cala Mesquida is an idyllic small town with restaurants, grocery stores (eg. B. a German butcher) and boutiques. In addition to a beautiful sandy beach you will also find one of the few coves in Mallorca with dunes. So you can enjoy an absolutely unique landscape. The nature reserve, which borders directly on the dunes, also guarantees untouched nature and perfect relaxation. The house has all the comfort and luxury.
Outside:
The 700 m² large property is completely fenced (electric gate) and applied on multiple levels connected by stairs. The private swimming-pool (7 x 3 m) is at ground level to reach the house and fully equipped with an outdoor shower, sun terrace and loungers. A 35 sqm covered patio with furniture and brick barbecue invite you to cozy evenings in fine Majorcan weather. In addition, Casa Leon has a garage with electric gate, which is directly connected to the house and leads through a door into the hall. On the whole land of the free access to the in-house wireless is possible. Cala Ratjada is about 7 km away, Palma is 78 km away.

Interior:
The 4-room house (hall, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 living area) with about 140 m² and two floors, with its modern and high quality means relaxation for the whole family. Designed for a maximum of 6 adults, can be reached Casa Leon either by stairs or access through the garage.
On the ground floor is the living room with sofa, satellite TV with international channels and DVD, a large dining table and fireplace, and the exit to the terrace and pool. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge with freezer and ice maker, coffee machine and satellite TV. Two bedrooms with double beds (1,60 x 2,00 m), SAT-TV and air conditioning with hot / cold setting located throughout the house. The bedrooms both have each a large wardrobe with plenty of space for the wardrobe. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with tub / shower, toilet and bidet.
Upstairs is another bedroom with double bed (1,80 x 2,00 m), which is also equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning with hot / cold setting. A huge built-in wardrobe provides space for the entire wardrobe. The en suite bathroom offers tub / shower, toilet and bidet also a Jacuzzi to relax.

There are no service charges. Sheets and towels are included. Washer, dryer, iron / board available. Cot and high chair on request without charge, pets allowed after registration.


The deposit of 250 € must be transferred 5 days before arrival to our account.





The tourism tax is currently € 2.20 per day for guests (from 14 years)

On arrival on Sundays and Mallorcan holidays, no personal key collection is possible and the key will be deposited in a key-safe. The home instruction must be made up the following day. Therefore, we ask you to make your arrival possible on weekdays or Saturdays.



For arrivals / departures between 22:00 and 6:00 in the morning, on Sundays and Mallorcan holidays, there is an additional charge of € 36,30 for key collection / delivery and final cleaning.





When reimbursing the deposit, all applicable charges, such as Paypal and transaction fees, tourism tax and the o. G. Withheld additional fees.
