Opposite the Monoprix, in a small condominium, discover this T3 duplex of approximately 70 m², with a beautiful terrace of 25 m².
As soon as you enter, a corridor leads to a first bedroom, facing north, equipped with two single beds, a chest of drawers and a storage space. The kitchen, separate and fully equipped, includes electric hobs, a hood, a microwave, a mini-oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a washing machine. The toilets are independent, with a washbasin, for more comfort. The living room, bright and facing south, has two windows overlooking the street, each with its small Parisian balcony. This space consists of a lounge area with sofa, armchairs and television, as well as a dining room. Access to the upper floor is via a slightly steep staircase of 13 steps. Upstairs, a carpeted landing has a trundle bed offering two additional beds. The second bedroom, facing north and lit by a Velux, is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with toilet completes this level. The terrace, approximately 25 m², is a real asset for enjoying outdoor meals or relaxing moments in the open air, with garden furniture available. The apartment is accessible by several steps from the street and benefits from an ideal location, in the heart of the city, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and 4 minutes from the municipal market. Located in a pedestrian zone in the summer, it offers a quiet environment. Although the whole is period, the apartment is functional. On-street parking (paid). Please note that pets are not allowed. Household linen is not provided but can be rented through our partner LocLinge, with the promo code "vacances33". Cancellation insurance is included, although it is optional, and end-of-stay cleaning is included, subject to regular maintenance of the apartment during your stay.
