Defekter Fahrstuhl
Wegen des nicht funktionierenden Fahrstuhls, wir mussten unser Gepäck recht mühselig von der Tiefgarage in die Wohnung schleppen, wurde uns mündlich eine 10% Erstattung zugesagt. Wurde noch nicht erledigt….aber wir warten noch!

Urlaub in Scharbeutz FeWo Seebrücke 09
Die Ferienwohnung war für uns völlig zufriedenstellend. Der Blick zum Meer und Hansa Park und die zentrale Lage unser Highlight. Die Garage und die Wohnung mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen war auch sehr angenehm. Gerne hätten wir vielleicht ein Handtuch für das Geschirr als Grundausstattung gehabt. Aber kein Weltuntergang. Wir überlegen in den Herbstferien nochmal zu buchen.

Schöne FeWo in zentraler Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Die Zimmer sind sauber und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Doch leider mit dickem Winterbett (im Juli) ausgestattet. Ein No-Go. Erholsamer Schlaf ist unmöglich. Das der Fernseher leider auch nicht ging, kann mal vorkommen. Aber prüft das denn mal keiner?Insgesamt empfehlenswert mit kleinen Wermutstropfen.

Die Wohnung hatte kleinere Mängel, sehr einfache Möbel mit einigen Abnutzungen, Couch unbequem, Matratzen sehr hart, zu wenig Besteck, Gardinen schmuddelig. Die Wohnung benötigt eine Grundreinigung (Wollmäuse unterm Bett und hinter Gardinen, Badezimmer nicht richtig gewischt (runde Ecken).

Super Lage
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und sie ist super zentral gelegen, kein Kofferschleppen, da Fahrstuhl vorhanden und auch Platz für die Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage. Wir hätten uns nur etwas Ablagefläche im Schlafzimmer gewünscht.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung, neue Küche, ideale Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade und am Bürgerpark. Barrierefreier Zugang und Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Schlafzimmer mit Familienbett, modernes Bad. Es geht kaum besser, wir sind nächstes Jahr wieder da.
