Welcome to this spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, the perfect location in Fayetteville to enjoy all the New River Gorge National Park has to offer with all the conveniences of home. This home is perfect for a family retreat or a larger group looking for a convenient place to relax after a day rafting down the river, hiking world class trails, or just taking in the beauty of the Nation's newest National Park.

If it’s adventure that you’re looking for, this home is less than 10 minutes from the New River Gorge Bridge, the nationally recognized Endless Wall Trail, white water rafting, and several local eclectic restaurants and breweries. Summersville Lake State Park and Babcock State Park (where the famous Glade Creek gristmill is located) are also about 30 minutes away. If you’re just in need of some relaxation, you won’t have to go any further than the sunroom or spacious patio area to enjoy the beautiful wooded yard that is all yours during your stay. The large patio is also equipped with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, making s'mores, and creating great memories with friends or family.

Our 5 bedroom home can easily accommodate larger groups. Upstairs there’s a king size bed in the master bedroom. There’s another bedroom upstairs with a king size bed. The third upstairs bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed that also has a twin pull out trundle. Downstairs there’s a bedroom with both a queen bed and a twin bed. The second bedroom downstairs has a twin bed that also has a twin pull out trundle.

Great Getaway Home in WV for Friends!

I’ve stayed at this home a few times before and will keep coming back because this is one of the best places for a large group of friends you will find near Beckley! It has all the amenities you could need, very comfortable beds, and a great host!

Great spot for us!

The space was perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and 5 kids with more than enough space than we needed. We came to hike and ski and this was a great location to accomplish these two adventures. We hiked local trails and traveled into Winterplace to ski. It was only about a 40 minute drive.

Great Location for Rafting & Hiking

Great house for exploring the area.

Had a great stay at this property. Centrally located between main attractions in a quiet neighborhood (but still enough yard space that you don't feel out of place amongst neighbors). Very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out--we had 7 adults and 2 kids. Great back patio with a firepit and multiple hangout spaces inside. Well-stocked kitchen and linen closet. Close to multiple good restaurants.

Good Spring Break Getaway

This was a good location for hiking the National Park and we made it to 10 waterfalls on the WV Waterfall trail. Our family of 7 slept comfortably and the kitchen was big enough to cook and serve meals in. The sunroom was a nice addition to relax and enjoy the views.

Great house for groups in a great location

This home is one of favorites, lists of beds for a large group of friends or family, plenty parking, space inside, comfortable sitting areas inside and out. Really enjoyed the quiet surroundings and feel of being in the woods. Couldn’t be happier about my trip there, home, and host.

Hidden Gem!

Town of Fayetteville is a hidden gem in West Virginia! Adorable house located close to town and local attractions and hiking. Host was wonderful! House fit 10 of us comfortably!!!

Great location!

We stayed here for my husbands birthday with friends and could not have picked a better place for the price! The house is set up to make their guests truly feel at home. Top Notch Rental near New River Gorge

This multi-level house was perfect for two extended families getting together over a holiday weekend. We had parents, young adult children as well as two younger children for a total of 11 people. House accommodated this number with room to spare. Location is conveniently off of a 4 lane divided highway and pictures were an accurate representation of the property. I would give greater than 5 stars if possible for communication with the owner. They were responsive both before and during our stay. The kitchen was well appointed. Our young adults loved hanging out in the sunroom and our younger kids found the games and activities in the garage fantastic. We visited during winter weather and I appreciated all that was in place to keep the house warm and cozy. Check-in was easy and check out was not unreasonable in terms of what was asked. All our our extended family agreed we would love to stay here again!

Plenty of space!

Our group included four adults (two couples) and four kids from 1 to 6 years old, and we were happy to find that the bedroom arrangements worked out perfectly! Everyone slept well and the adults were able to play games in the living room without waking the kids after bed time. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we also enjoyed grilling dinner one night. The host gave us all of the information we needed for check in and check out. It was rainy so we did not spend much time on the deck, but we loved having air hockey and pac man in the basement to keep the fun going despite the rain! I would stay again.

Family short trip

We booked a family rafting trip & our home away from home was perfect! We had a large group but plenty of space for everyone. The home was well equipped with towels, linens, bath products as well as the laundry room. We had a lot of rainy weather but still managed to grill with plenty of "hang out" space both inside & out. Easy communication, as well as check-in & check out process. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our time!

We had a great experience and the house was perfect for our two larger families, 6 each. The host was very quick in answering our questions and we had everything we needed for our stay. Our teenagers loved the garage space and spent a number of hours playing basketball out front. Due to our schedule, the weahter, and only being there a few days we didn't have a chance to enjoy the deck space as much as we would have liked to. But I'm confident that would have only added to our experience!

Extended Weekend Getaway

The property is very convenient to the town of Fayetteville and not far from Beckley. It was super clean and easy to access. There are steps to the basement rooms and to the upper floor, but they are easy to maneuver. The sunken living room is pretty but there is one dangerous step there at the stairs. The house was well stocked with what we needed and there was space for all of us. I would definitely rent this property again if I needed a large space.

Intro to West Virginia

We went to WVa to see and learn as none of us had been there before. We would have liked to be there in mid Oct but that wasn't possible for all of us. We missed the peak of leaf color. We did enjoy visiting all the Nat'l Park Viewing areas. We drove over to The Greenbrier one day and truly enjoyed the bunker tour and lunch. We had a similar experience at the Tamarack Center. It did rain a couple days so we enjoyed the Coal Mine tour in Beckley. The house had plenty of room and was well equipped for the 6 of us. We enjoyed the fire pit several afternoons. I would recommend it to others.

FANTASTIC PROPERTY!

College reunion

Converging from various points on the map to spend a long weekend together, this space was great for our college reunion. With multiple common spaces, various bedding options for kids, and easy access to New River Gorge for outings, we had a great time in a great space.
