Fantastic place in Delta!

The Loft was absolutely fantastic. Great location, easy access to everything and the space was amazing! Beckie was such a gracious host and the Loft had everything we needed to make our stay a wonderful experience and time with family. Highly recommend!

WOW, this is the Delta bomb!

Very large & artistic loft in historic building in downtown Delta. It is completely fabulous in every way! 2 great restaurants downstairs. 👍👍👍

Historic Hidden Gem

Really enjoyed staying here. It was extremely clean, well stocked, and comfortable. It is larger than it appeared in the photographs. Would 10/10 recommend staying here again - a hidden gem in Delta.

Excellent Accommodations in Delta CO

This is a very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed loft. It is very roomy and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be staying there again when we are in the area. We highly recommend it!!

Amazing property!

I’m not kidding when I say not only was this my favorite VRBO stay of all time (and that’s saying something), but I legitimately was trying to figure out how to make an offer to buy the place. It is WONDERFUL! Comfortable, right downtown, lovely artwork and overall design, amazing ceilings, lovely patio, comfortable furniture, ambiance, just delightful. We already planned our next western slope trip to stay here longer. I hesitate to say how much we loved it because I want it all to myself! For real though - to our hosts, if you ever want to sell, call me first! 😀

Absolutely wonderful!

This apartment is a gem! It is decorated beautifully, very clean, and fully stocked! There is plenty of room. I would love to sit on the balcony in the spring or summer. I will absolutely stay here the next time I’m in the area.

Delta Get Away Super Cool Loft!

Pictures do not do justice, this loft has a huge kitchen and dining area and living room with an incredible u shaped couch. Nice size patio with lots of seating and amazing location close to several restaurants and a great coffee shop just across the street. We were greeted with a homemade delicious apple bread and a super clean, well equipped home. Would definitely stay here again.

stay was great just one problem on listing as house not as a loft!!!! my husband just had four toes amputated i did not see no picture of stairs. it took 15min to go up and 15min to get down.it suck so when you list this u should say its not handicap and not a house. other tan that it was great!!! thank you

Beautiful place! Spacious living area. Nice deck out the back with gas fireplace. Host responded promptly when we messaged her. Love that it’s pet free👍🏽Plenty of towels & washcloths. Just a really nice place.

Beautiful loft apartment!

Our family was in town for a wedding and this beautiful loft apartment did not disappoint. It was very spacious and met all of our family’s needs. I left wondering where all of the blankets and decorations were from! The town was super neat with the murals around town and we enjoyed walking around some of the local shops.

Exactly as advertised

We were not disappointed by this rental. Everything you need is there and is exactly as advertised. It is on Main Street of the town and you can hear the cars, but it was very comfortable, clean, and close to everything. It made a great place to stay close to all the sites and interests of the area. The owner was also very responsive, although we didn’t need anything during our stay.

Exceeded our expectations

I read the reviews (all accurate) and it still exceeded our expectations! Perfect location for a small family reunion and perfect space for our family matriarchs to visit. There is AC in the bedrooms now as well as living space which kept us comfortable. Whole place is beautifully stocked with all that you would need. Plus, Groceries (2-3 blocks) and liquor store is 1 block. It will be a race between the cousins to see WHO gets to rent Korloft next time we get together.

Love staying at the Korloft

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting the area. We can walk to all the restaurants and shops. The central location between Montrose and Grand Junction or over to Hotchkiss and Paonia is so easy from here. I can not say enough great things about the loft, it is beautiful. It's open and spacious and has everything imaginable to make your stay comfortable. The patio is a beautiful place for coffee in the morning or enjoying the fire at night. There are stairs when you arrive but once we have everything in and upstairs it is totally worth it! Our bed was comfortable, the linens are wonderful and plenty of extras. Grandson stayed in the other bedroom and we each had our own bathroom plus there's another 1/2 bathroom. Communication is always excellent with Beckie and she is happy to promptly respond to any questions you have! I have no complaints and we'll be back, soon I hope! Susie Dyer

A unique loft

Our family of four had a great experience staying at the Korloft. Check in was very easy, and Becky’s communication was fantastic through the entire booking process. The living area is super comfortable and the decorations throughout are very nice. If I had one negative it would be that the bedrooms are rather noisy at night, as they are located in the front of the unit, right on the main intersection outside. Other than that is it perfect. Very convenient to Grande Junction airport.
