Beautiful Mountain Lodge nestled in the Ponderosa Pines of Munds Park
Just remodeled in Summer 2022 & NEW fenced in side yard! Whether you’re escaping to the pines for a relaxing retreat or gearing up for a fun outdoor adventure, this cabin has all you need to make the most of your stay. Perfectly situated in the heart of Munds Park, this beautiful, tri-level home is a short distance drive to hiking trails, UTV off-roading, lakes, restaurants, and the public access golf course. The small town of Munds Park is a popular spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet still close enough to enjoy the amenities and views of Flagstaff (20 mins.), Sedona (45 mins.), and the Grand Canyon (approx 2hrs.).
This is a great space for larger groups as it can sleep 10-12 comfortably and is fully-stocked with most essentials you will need. Upon entry, the main floor features a welcoming great room with abundant natural lighting, A-frame ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and updated kitchen. The first floor master suite includes a newly remodeled bathroom with a double vanity and large tile shower. The upstairs boasts a spacious loft and 2 additional bedrooms with full bath. The lower level features an oversized game room furnished w/ 2 bunk beds, newly remodeled full bath, garage access, TV, and various games. The large wrap-around deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine and offers a convenient gas grill plus large fenced in yard to keep kids & pets safe. Just a couple doors down is the Munds Park Mountain Retreat, our other vacation rental we have owned for 10+ years, in case this one is booked. We're very familiar with the process and community and would be happy to help with any questions you may have to make the most out of your trip.

My wife and I are outdoor enthusiasts! We love to hike, bike, ski, play sports – basically we enjoy all outdoor activities. We purchased the home to escape to the mountains whenever possible. We have two children and 2 Labrador retrievers that absolutely love visiting the cabin as well! Although it's less than 2 hours from our home in Scottsdale, our schedules don't allow us to get away as much as we’d like. Hence, we've decided to rent the property to provide quality guests a wonderful home to enjoy in our absence. Please note that I am a licensed broker/realtor in Arizona. Why they chose this property
We love the small, quiet community feel and the proximity to the Phoenix valley. We enjoy the activities that the bordering national forest, trails, lake and golf course offer. We also love the fact that it is located between Flagstaff and Sedona - two great cities that offer very different environments and experiences. New fenced in yard is also great for dogs.
What makes this property unique
Open, bright, and very well designed & maintained. Some homes/cabins in this community are older, darker, and feel tight. This home offers a great floor plan, multiple living areas, extended wrap-around deck, beautiful upgrades, views, a new fenced in side yard and an abundance of natural light. The recent remodel, separation of living spaces & bedrooms, interior design, custom paint and great outdoor space will make you very comfortable and feel at home. New central air conditioning and heat PLUS a new fenced in side yard as well make this a great property for all.
