Nice location and easy access. A few more towels would have been nice. Nice home!

We loved our stay at this property. We were in town for a soccer tournament. It was close to the fields, shopping, and dining. Also, we loved the pool and fire pit. We would absolutely stay there again.
We loved staying at this house! It was the perfect size for our girls night with the bride! Plenty of space, super clean, nice kitchen, living room and extra hang out room upstairs, and the beds were super comfy, too! The outside pool was very nice and clean as well! I would definitely recommend staying at this house.
This townhome was a great rental for our family during son’s orientation at TTU. The rental itself was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 5.
The rental is convenient to everything in Cookeville and Tennessee Tech. There is also a great pool area if you want to stay at the townhome all day.
We hope to stay here again when we visit our son while he is in college.
Our annual family reunion was held in Wilder this year, so we chose to stay in Cookeville. The house is beautiful, clean, easy to access, & close to everything. The pool/fire pit/cornhole/entertaining area was AWESOME! We would definitely stay again! We didn’t need to communicate w/ anyone but had to give a review, so I said ⭐️⭐️⭐️ on that question… we did miss having a toaster 🤷♀️

Our review
To be honest place was clean.and community was nice. I reached out to pm a week ahead to request check into property . With zero response until day of.( seemed planned). So wasn’t thrilled with that. But we left after one night. No fans in bedroom and no tvs in bedroom I just wish those things were on listing. Stayed in a hotel the second night .
Our family came into town to visit our older son and this VRBO was fabulous! All of the furniture we used was comfortable, and the place was very clean. We loved the location as we were so close to the historic downtown (must visit), local restaurants, and Courthouse Square. We also had extremely easy access to the highways as we ventured out to Nashville and Chattanooga as well!
This property seems newly built and is in a nice area. The house was clean and had 3 comfortable beds. Your close to downtown shopping and food. Great place to stay in Cookeville.
I would absolutely recommend this property and stay here again with my next visit to Cookeville. Two small living room areas are perfect to separate kids and adults or friends that need some separate time to chill out. Easy to check in and out.
The home was clean and as pictured, and easy driving distance to restaurants and grocery stores. It The only thing we wished for was more comfortable seating.
This place was a great place to stay for my mom to have a good weekend with her friends. It is super close to 111 and to downtown Cookeville. I would definitely recommend.
The place was clean and worked well for our family of 5. It’s located close to downtown and allows easy to access other parts of Cookeville.
Overall was great but we had to contact host a couple of times due to no hot water ( the hot water heater not turned on) and issues with heat. I am not sure if it is that these units are not just frequently rented this time of year and that’s why we had issues. However the host did promptly send someone to correct the issues. So overall good just minor inconvenience.
Great house. Very new and clean and just what we needed.
