Amazing view, beautiful house

The view is stunning and changes with the tides, the time of day, and the weather; we loved every aspect of it. The deck is the perfect place to bask in the sunshine in the day and star gaze at night. The furniture is comfortable, the beds are great, the kitchen easy to cook in. This is the perfect vacation home on the coast!

Oceanside Oasis

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Views are even more stunning in person. Nice outdoor space. Loved spending time walking the beach. Not far from Tillamook. Would definitely stay here again.

The photos don't do the place justice. The layout of the house is incredible and design is beautiful. I can't with the view! Super comfy beds, great showers. The Oceanside Beach is wonderful for beachcombing. Amazing vacation house!

Great Place

We had a great stay. The deck and view were spectacular, as was the bathroom attached to the primary bedroom. We were four adults and two kids under 5 y/o, and everyone was quite comfortable. Because it’s at the top of a hill and only a few houses nearby, the place was blissfully quiet at night. A top notch place.

Family Birthday Getaway

Wonderful house and deck. Watching the eagles all day and keeping our eyes peeled for whales spouting. Kitchen is nicely outfitted. Beds are very comfortable. So nice to have a garage!

Spectacular views

A lovely home to stay in and the views are incredible. Loved the seclusion and the area the home is located in. Plenty of space to spread out in and be comfortable in. There is no A/C, but lots of fans to help with air flow. Overall, it's a great place for a family or small group of friends to hang out in. There are plenty of areas to explore and the beach is very close as well.

Oceanside

Beautiful home, location, view! My only issue was not all items available were listed which caused us to overpack. Home had iron, games, full kitchen cookware, even leftover spices. I called to ask about availability of items and was told “no” to iron, that home had only “1 pot, 1 pan”. Also, I confused a tv in living room for a tv on the pictures. There is no tv in living room. For family gathering “even if just playing in the background”, we found it hard to get used to not having. May not bother others. Home and view is fantastic and we loved, loved our stay! We will be coming again.

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful time at the house. The pictures don't do the view and the details of the house justice. House was well equipped, comfortable beds and linens. From the deck, and inside of the house the views were amazing. Would definitely return. However, communication from Vacasa was not the greatest. I'm not sure if it was insufficient staffing? We had an issue with a late checkout charge that was not confirmed with a receipt or on the VRBO website, and did not receive a message back from Vacasa to confirm. It seems as if that may have been a software issue? Not sure.

5 star view, not a 5 star house!

The house smelled musty and old. The inside of the kitchen cabinets were very dirty. Large spiders and webs on patio railing that had to be hosed off to enjoy the patio. Crackers and food debris in between and under the couch sectional. Many dinner plates were chipped. There were stains on the dinning room chairs. The kitchen did not have a cheese grater or pot holders. A door fell off a kitchen cabinet. Master bathroom shower was clogged and would not drain properly. The front porch entry was dirty with debris and spiders.

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!

This home is AWESOME!! We've stayed in a lot of houses in Oceanside over the years and this one is the BEST!! It's decorated beautifully - must have been done by a professional decorator. It's like staying in a 5 star hotel. The towels, beds, bedding, etc. are wonderful. Each bedroom has plush robes hanging up for you to use - the kind of robes you find at spas and fine hotels. The master bathroom is wonderful - the shower is huge and very nice. The house is very clean. The views are absolutely breathtaking from all windows and deck. The deck is huge and furnished with high end tables, chairs, chase lounges, and rocking chairs. The inside of the house and the views from the windows and deck are so beautiful you never want to leave the house! We'd like to personally thank the owners for sharing their gorgeous home with us. We will be back!

October Vacation at the coast

This property was perfect for our group of 2 couples. The kitchen was excellent to cook out of and well stocked with gear. The view is perhaps the greatest highlight of the property. Truly excellent.

Gorgeous views! Had a very relaxing time. The house felt like your own Spa.

Spa like home with luxurious linens. The kitchen needs a colander for pasta and a cookie sheet. Plenty of hot water to fill that beautiful bathtub.

Fantastic View

There are many good views, this view is fantastic. House is very clean and well maintained. Great light from the windows. Super spacious and well equipped master bath. There is a paragliding jump off point just down the street, so we saw hang gliders just off our deck a stone’s throw away. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

Overall we loved our stay in Oceanside! It's quiet and not over populated. The house was beautiful and at the top of a mountain. The views were gorgeous! The house was clean and updated. I have never slept well on vacation but the beds here were comfortable and the linens perfect! The only think that was lacking was the kitchen supplies. It had the bare necessities, and could have been better appointed with supplies. There is no air conditioning, but room fans and the weather was cool enough it wasn't missed. I would definitly return to Boxer Bay.

Best deck and view in Oceanside!

This home had everything we needed for our weeklong stay in Oceanside. Our friends had a toddler and they stayed one road down the hillside and we were delighted to see all the child toys, the crib mattress, pack n play, and high chair tucked away in the closet for when they visited us. The best thing about this beautiful and clean home are the outdoor spaces. The owner spared no expense and thought of everything. Gorgeous dining table outside, a couple of chaise lounges on the deck and then beautiful teak rockers on the covered deck outside the primary bedroom. And if that’s not enough, they have a covered gazebo on the mountain side of the home with a wonderful sectional and two hanging chairs. We have three kiddos and they all found their own spaces to read and play games outside. Will most definitely rent this home again. Thank you for letting us stay at Boxer Bay!

Heaven on Earth!

This home was impeccable and spectacular ! Panoramic Views! I will be back. My sister planned this trip many months ago to celebrate my graduation from Nursing school and my mothers birthday, but our mother had passed several days prior and wasn’t able to be there physically with us . This trip was extra special in celebrating our mom and bringing peace to us. Being on top of the hill overlooking the coast and being close to the sky, we felt her spirit with us. The beach was one of her favorites places. Blessed!
