This property is located three blocks from central downtown. The neighborhood is mostly middle aged couples with some families living nearby.
Some homes may catch your eye as not very appealing, but the home itself is safe and secure. There has never been a safety issue at this property, however if you see something off putting the best advice we can give you is to simply call 911.

Guests have access to the whole house. There is a storage room in the basement where we ask guests not to go into, but the laundry room is welcome to be used. The garage is also not permitted to be used but the yard, dog kennel and fire pit can be used at your discretion. Guests access the home with a keypad on the back door off of the back patio.

We have an early check in fee of $25 per hour when check in is requested prior to 3pm. We have a late checkout fee when checkout is requested past 10am.
It is strongly recommended to purchase Vrbo's travel insurance when booking a stay during months where unpredictable weather may cause difficulties in travel which could result in not making it to your reserved location. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide full refunds for missed trips.
If you use the grill please clean it up and replace the cover so it can be kept in the great shape that it is currently in.
