Late check-in on request (for arrivals after 8.00 pm): € 50.00; late check-out (after 10.00 am): one more night will be charged. Animals are not allowed.


Local tax to be paid on spot: 1.80 euros per person per day for persons over 16 for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.


Deposit: 200,00 €. The customer takes care of the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table. The property for the return must be free of any waste, otherwise 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
