The apartment is on the 3rd floor without a lift of a Nice building, it has a nice view of the colourful buildings of the Old Town of Nice to let you experience the Niçoise Dolce Vita during your stay.

It is laid out as follows:
- You enter the apartment directly into the bright living room. This is composed of an open kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The kitchen is open to a dining area with table & chairs then a living area with sofa, Smart TV & Wi-Fi connection.
- The living room and bedroom are separated by an industrial-style glass partition to benefit from nice brightness throughout the apartment. The bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe, a standard double bed 140x190. It also has an adjoining shower room with toilet, vanity unit, towel rail & Italian shower.

You will be at the heart of authentic Niçoise life, just steps away from its food shops, small craft shops, the Cours Saleya local producers\' market or the legendary Promenade des Anglais just a few steps away.

This strategic location will allow you to easily discover the capital of the Côte d\'Azur on foot, or even by public transport. You will be located only 2 minutes walk from the Cathédrale-Vieille Ville tram station on line 1 or 8 minutes walk from the Garibaldi station on line 2 connecting the airport & the port of Nice.
