This first floor apartment is located in the large villa of the landlord, which in turn is located in a residential area of Furiani.



A large enclosed garden surrounds the house. In summer, a wonderful terrace with stone decking invites you to barbecue. At a distance of only 1.9 km stretches the long, white sandy beach Marana, and 650 m from the vacation property, towards the sea, are the nearest shopping markets. So you can also do your shopping on the way back from the beach. In the surroundings Bastia with its old town and traditional buildings of the Genoese is waiting for your visit. Discover the whole east coast with its many producers and manufacturers of wine, meat products, honey and essential oils.

Die Außenanlagen entsprach in keinster Weise den Abbildungen vom FeWo-Portal. Die Terrasse war eher eine Müllhalde und die abgebildeten Gartenmöbel standen total verdreckt im Garten. Die Couch im so genannten Wohnzimmer war total verschmutzt und fleckig. Das Wohnzimmer ist ein dunkles, kleines Loch. In diesem Wohnzimmer und vor Allem auf dieser Couch möchte man keinen gemütlichen Urlaubsabend verbringen. Die Möbel in der Küche waren total abgewohnt und teilweise defekt und verschmutzt. Für uns war in dieser Wohnung ein Urlaub undenkbar. Daher hatten wir nach kurzer Rücksprache mit der Eigentümerin entschieden nicht in dieser Ferienwohnung unseren Urlaub zu verbringen.
