Newly renovated 1 room apartment with equipped kitchenette, (electric stove), bed and sofa bed and separate toilet with washing machine and bathroom for rent in a residential and commercial building in Eislingen Fils by the day or by the week to rent! Very good transport links to the bus and train station! The train station is a 10 minute walk, shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity! For monthly rentals we grant a one-time 10% discount on the total price max. 600 euros. Final cleaning is made by us for a flat rate of 50 €. Towels, bed linen are provided, change once a week. Toilet paper is provided.
