This home is like a Private Oasis in the desert with stunning views ! Very large 2 tiered fully fenced back yard with in ground pool, spa and beautiful landscaping. We are child-friendly and allow Small Dogs. This remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Mid Century Home has new appliances, Tv's / cable, lots of seating and entertaining areas, fully stocked house!
Separate Casita / Game room - Large Sectional Sofa, Poker Table and TV for your enjoyment
This home is 10 min to the east entrance of the Joshua Tree Park, 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants.
We welcome up to 2 SMALL dogs upon request and are 125.00 each. To be paid prior to check-in
Parties and events are not allowed.
NOTE: Separate Supplementary Vacation Rental Agreement , Pet Rules and Check out Rules must be filled out, signed and returned to Host prior to check in

Why they chose this property
This property people love because of the wonderful backyard with a HUGE pool and jacuzzi, fire pit, lots of space to sit and relax !. The backyard lights up at night and the star gazing is amazing ! The front patio has unobstructed views of the city and mountains.
