After complete renovation of this spacious ground floor apartment, you will find a 76 m² apartment furnished with care and taste. The apartment has a spacious entrance area that merges into the kitchen and dining area with 33 m². Here is also a nice seat and the dining table. There is access to the garden through a glass door. The kitchenette is fully furnished. There is also a high chair. In the living room with 17 m² there is a Ligne Roset sofa bed and the HD TV with DVD player. FeWo liegt verkehrstechnisch recht günstig, man ist in wenigen Minuten mit den öffentlichen in der Stadt.Die Wohnung ist optimal ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet.

So eine schöne Wohnung
Geräumig, wohnlich, ein wunderschöner Altbau. Besonders gefiel uns die Einrichtung, die durchdachte Beleuchtung und die hohen Decken. Pluspunkt: Die von der Küche aus zugängliche Terrasse. Sehr nette, entgegenkommende Vermieterin.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles war vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Anbindung zum Zentrum hervorragend. Nur die Nachbarschaft ist etwas gewöhnunhsbedürftig.

Kathastrophale Gegend, laute Türen
Die Gegend in der die Wohnung liegt ist schmutzig, von Schmierereien übersäte Häuser. Die Haustüre des Objekts schließt mit sehr lautem Geräusch (Schlafzimmer der Wohnung direkt am Treppenhaus). Die Wohnungstür bietet Null Schallschutz, Zigarettenkippen im Hof/Garten. Stinkende Wolldecken im Schrank. Wir habe uns entschieden nur zwei von drei Nächten zu bleiben und sind früher abgereist. Nie wieder; zu dem Preis hätte man auch ein Hotel im Innenstadtbereich bekommen.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Objekt in Leipzig mit Schwächen
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und sehr nahe an Tram- und Buslinien in Leipzig. Auch Parkplätze sind kein Problem, selbst wenn die Straße für Filmarbeiten (Einspruch Schatz!) gesperrt ist. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, auch der schöne Sanitärbereich. Aus der Küche gibt es einen Zugang zum Gartenbereich, in dem es sich, unter Ausblendung des noch immer lagernden Bauschutts, entspannt im grünen Innenhof sitzen lässt. Die Wohnung ist weitgehend vollständig eingerichtet, was noch immer fehlt sind ein Staubsauger, sowie Putzmittel. So ist Sauberkeit generell ein Problem. Zur Begrüßung zogen wir zwei Tassen aus dem Regal, an denen sowohl Lippenstift, als auch Kaffereste hafteten. Der Küchentisch war noch mit den Resten der letzten Mahlzeit verschmiert. Die Fächer des Kühlschranks sind klebrig (die defekte Klappe des Gefrierfachs wurde während unserer Abwesenheit unangekündigt ersetzt), an der Glastür zum Garten war noch der Abdruck einer Schnauze zu erkennen. Bei unserer Ankunft war die zweite Schlafgelegenheit nicht wie gewünscht gerichtet, weswegen wir mit der Vermieterin Kontakt aufnehmen, was problemlos und sehr freundlich möglich war. Beim Umbau des Schlafsofas kamen Staubdepots zum Vorschein, was zugegebener Weiße etwas ekelig war. Das Schlafsofa selbst hat seine besten Zeiten definitiv in seiner Vergangenheit gehabt und was das Bett im Schlafzimmer durch eine durchgelegene Matratze zu weich war, ist das Sofa mangels Polsterung zu hart. Man schläft quasi auf dem Lattenrost.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, wenige Stationen vom Bahnhof entfernt. Trotzdem ist es in der Nebenstraße nicht laut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Restaurants und Imbisse befinden sich dort. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und die Räume groß und lichtdurchflutet. Da fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Auch der Außenbereich ist bei gutem Wetter ein echtes Highlight. Gerne wieder.

Interessante Erfarung
Tolles Wohnobjekt, gut ausgestattet, ruhige Lage, aber ungepflegt und unsauber. Kein Reinigungsmaterial/Staubsauger... Lage in einem Anarcho-Sponti-Viertel mit straßenweise zugesprayten Hausfassaden. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit Tram.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt im Denkmal
Die Umgebung war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber Probleme gab es jetzt keine. Die Wohnungs ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und ich konnte unser kleines Versehen mit der Gefrierschranktür ohne großes Aufheben wieder in Ordnung bringen. Vielen Dank nochmal hierfür :)
